Kathryn Chandler - Facts about Kyle Chandler's Wife and Their Marriage
Kathryn Chandler and her partner, Kyle Chandler, have had their fair share of ups and downs over the years. However, her actor husband revealed that one of the keys to their long-last marriage had been their complete trust in each other.
While she is commonly known as the Hollywood actor's wife, Kathryn also has experience in the film industry as a screenwriter. Born in the 1960s, Kathryn and her husband have celebrated over twenty years of marriage.
Her husband shared that they both want to hold each other's hands at the end of the day despite the tough arguments that have come with their marriage.

Kathryn Chandler Is a Fan of Keeping the House in Order
Over 20 years of marriage have taught Kathryn's husband that she isn't a fan of clutter. During an interview, he joked that he had to choose his words wisely when asking Kathryn, née Kyl, where she put things to maintain order. One of the few things about his wife drove him nuts. However, Kyle added:
"But really, there's not much about her that isn't amazing."
A few years younger than his wife, the "Godzilla: King of the Monsters" actor revealed that he learned much about marriage through his grandparents, who were young when they married. Kathryn and Kyle – who joked that she hadn't gotten rid of him yet– were in it for the long haul.

Kathryn Chandler and Kyle Broke up Several Times
While Kyle has enjoyed over 20 years on the big and small screen, he shared that he has remained "under the radar." However, he did not mind being a less-known actor as it gave him more time to be a good father and husband. He said:
"My wife is my best friend. We don't go to parties. I love what I do, but I don't need the lavish lifestyle that's supposed to go with it."
Her husband might rub shoulders with Hollywood A-Listers, but at home, Kathryn and her husband enjoy firing up the grill and having good food with good company while their children have fun.

However, it has not always been smooth sailing for the happily married couple who have broken up and gotten back together several times. Once, after rekindling their relationship, the couple reached new heights– literally– after climbing an 18 000-foot peak in Mexico, which saw Kyle suffer altitude sickness.
However, he realized he could not live without Kathryn during the hike. So, he bought a bottle of wine, went to her house, and told her so. Kathryn met her husband in the mid-1990s at a dog park. Fast forward to 1995, the year they wed, and Kyle said:
"She knows who I really am and still appreciates me. My wife knows I'm a complete idiot and remind me every day that success is meaningless if I'm pretending to be someone I am not."
While their daughters help realign his perspective, Kathryn is her husband's confidant, and their late-night conversations in bed are a sure way to ease his worries.

The Secret to Kathryn and Kyle's Strong Relationship
When Kathryn's husband was asked what the secret to their strong and long-lasting relationship was, he shared that it was trust. "Absolutely, 100%," he added.
Shaped by his grandparents, Kyle loved his and Kathryn's marriage but also loved the constitution of marriage and understood that his and Kathryn's relationship was a "lifelong" one.

Kathryn Chandler's Eldest Daughter Is Already Starring in Movies
After welcoming two daughters, Sawyer and Sydney Chandler, Kathryn and her husband's eldest daughter, Sydney, followed in her father's footsteps and pursued a career in acting. And in 2022, she joined Olivia Wilde and Harry Styles in "Don't Worry Darling."

Although she has inherited the bug for acting, her father revealed that neither she nor her sister had shown much interest in their father's films. He said:
"To be quite honest, my kids don't watch and haven't seen a lot of what I've done. They're aware of it... but mostly, I think my girls and my wife are just happy to have me out of the house."
However, Sydney was her father's plus one to the premiere of "Godzilla: King of the Monsters" in Los Angeles and shared that she was a fan of at least one of his movies.
