Sarah Feuerborn Harbaugh Is Jim Harbaugh Wife Who Raises Awareness for Cancer
Sarah Feuerborn Harbaugh is Jim Harbaugh's wife, with whom he shares four children. When she isn't raising awareness about cancer, she takes her role as a mom seriously.
Jim Harbaugh's wife, Sarah Feuerborn Harbaugh, once did an interview where she revealed where she lives and more about her life. She confessed that she and her family initially thought relocating to California would be a challenging experience, especially for Sarah.
However, being a Kansas City native, she was used to Midwestern people and weather. Sarah is the eleventh child in her family and hated being the youngest because her friends, who were only children, would get their own clothes, attention, and more.

She also didn't have opportunities to make decisions; no one asked her what she wanted to do, and she only had to follow. Sarah spent most of her life following and has struggled in adulthood taking a leadership role, but when she became a mother, she had to learn to take charge.
However, the positive thing about her childhood was that she and her siblings had everything they needed. Sarah also revealed that her 18-month older brother was diagnosed with cancer when she was eight months old.

He eventually went into remission, with their mother taking care of him while their father worked. Sarah was still a baby, and her parents couldn't take care of her, so she lived with her parents' friends and got to experience being an only child.
Her other family spoilt, hugged and loved on her in a way her own didn't. As Sarah grew up, she learned to appreciate both families and their differences. Sadly, at ten, her adoptive father died, and loss became a frequent thing.

Sarah's brother's cancer returned, and he died at 22, leaving her devastated because they were super close. Her father and one of her brothers recently got a cancer diagnosis, too.
Although Sarah couldn't be there to help care for them in Kansas City, the rest of the family was. Now, she's an advocate for cancer awareness.

What Work Does Jim Harbaugh's Wife Do to Raise Cancer Awareness?
In her interview, Sarah revealed that because cancer had been a part of her life for so long, she's become passionate about raising awareness about the disease. Her main focus was diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma (DIPG), which has a zero percent survival rate.
That year, Sarah also revealed that she wanted to volunteer for hospice because she believed she had something to offer families in need. In 2016, she served as the honorary chair of the seventh Michigan Softball Academy.

The academy is a fundraiser for the American Cancer Society. When Jim's wife wasn't volunteering and putting other people's needs first, she ran a clothing line. However, despite her work, Sarah was also quite reserved.
When the opposition scored against their team, the camera caught Sarah's son crying, and it was turned into a GIF and went viral.

"That is why a lot of people don't know much about me."
Instead, Sarah preferred staying behind the scenes, hoping to mitigate things. One Twitter, now X, the account set up for her under another name got booted when she used it to defend her son after her then-five-year-old's crying went viral.
