Roseanne Barr, famous for her roles in "The Woman Who Loved Elvis," and "Roseanne," is now the proud granny of seven children. She welcomed five children who have started their own families.
Barr is an excellent mother and has often talked about how much she loves her children. Her children are Jessica, Jennifer, Jake, Buck, and Brandi. She gave birth to her first child at 18 in 1971.
Barr's first child was Brandi, but she was adopted by another family. Barr then married Bill Petland in 1974. The couple then welcomed their daughter, Jessica, in 1974. A year later, the couple welcomed Jennifer. By 1978 the couple was parents to three with the arrival of their son, Jake.
Barr and Petland raised their children together for ten years and decided to separate in 1990. Two years prior to their split, Barr reconnected with her first daughter. Barr had written a letter for her daughter, which she planned to give her in 1992.
However, they reconnected earlier than Barr thought when she became a single mother to four children after her divorce from Petland. Barr married once more in 1995 to her third spouse, Ben Thomas.
After she married Thomas, she used IVF to become pregnant with her youngest child, Buck. However, Barr and Thomas' marriage also did not last. Through it all, Barr has remained dedicated to her children.
She shared a photo of herself and her son two days ago on Instagram. She was dressed up, with a full face of makeup and a lovely outfit. She mentioned she was getting ready for an appearance on a show, but because the weather was terrible, she said she would stay home with her son.

Barr's son, Jake, followed in her Hollywood footsteps by becoming a writer, producer, director, and editor. He's often worked alongside his mother on her various projects. He has also recently become a father.
In 2021, Jake made his mother a grandmother of seven, with his daughter being born. Barr announced the news by sharing a photo of them on Instagram, saying her family had expanded once more.
Barr said that she has thoroughly enjoyed becoming a grandmother to all seven of her grandchildren. She admitted:
"I have six grandkids. That's what changed the most in my life. You've got to be pushier to your kids and make sure they do right by their kids."
Barr has often talked about her grandchildren with love and said she is proud to be a mother and grandmother. Her family is of the utmost importance to her, and she has built strong bonds with each member.
She Has Been Happy in Her Private Relationship for 20 Years
Barr has been married three times, but her longest-standing relationship has been with her current partner, Johnny Argent. The couple has been together for many years but has not taken the relationship as far as marriage.

Barr and Argent have shared 20 years together after meeting in the early 2000s. Barr said they met in 2002, and their romance blossomed almost immediately, leading to two decades of relationship bliss.
The actress said when they first met, they would spend an hour at a time on the phone with one another. Barr admitted:
"I fell in love with his voice."

Soon after they had their hour-long phone calls, Barr and Argent moved in together. They have been relatively private about their romance, and Barr rarely talks about her partner in interviews or shows.
She has seldom posted him on her social media pages, but when she does, it is with nothing but love. Argent is a writer, producer, composer, and music arranger who was born and raised in Maryland.
He worked with his beau on her projects "Rockin' with Roseanne," "The Comedy Central Roast of Roseanne," and other Barr projects. He also has a portfolio all his own with titles like "The Tipping Point" and "Downwardly Mobile."
