Over a series of Instagram stories, Malaak gave fans a sneak peek at her date with her new partner. They started their Sunday afternoon date in the city with Bloody Marys and a quiche topped with caviar.

Then, Malaak's "bae" proved he knew his way around the kitchen when she shared a snap of his mouth-watering "famous west African-inspired lemon chicken." It was not the first time Malaak's mystery man appeared on her social media.

On January 9, she celebrated the "amazing man and human being" she confessed to loving on his birthday with a collection of pictures of the couple.

In 2021, Malaak and her partner caught the travel bug, and she documented their romantic escapades around the world. On January 1, 2021, the couple called in the new year with a trip to Lake Atitlan, Guatemala, followed by "a lovely, lovely" vacation to Croatia.

In the caption of the Instagram post, Malaak revealed that they enjoyed good food and wine while soaking up the beautiful sights. Apart from documenting their travels, Malaak also took to Instagram to celebrate her man on special occasions. In honor of his 60th birthday, Malaak shared multiple snaps of the couple, and in the caption, she wrote:

"A great man. A great friend. A great father. And a great partner. Been around the world and back in two and a half years. Looking forward to more wonderful adventures! And sweetheart, 60 never looked so good!"
