Paula Patton Flashes Glowing Smile as She Shares Yoga Resets Her Soul in Video
Paula Patton was a picture of a happy person after a soul-resetting hot yoga session. The 47-year-old has embraced the "good thing" about aging and has stayed in great shape by staying active, and fans couldn't help but praise the actress for her "good vibes."
In a recent Instagram post, Patton wore a beaming smile as she clutched a yoga mat under her arm and made her way into a yoga studio. The actress and the person behind the camera shared a laugh as an excited Patton was nearly bumped by a car before they entered the building.
Although the post does not feature Patton doing any yoga, she is still happy and smiling in the second clip, sharing, "So much better... soul reset." In the last slide of the Instagram post, Patton shared a passage from the book "The Wisdom for Creating Happiness and Peace Part 1" by Daisaku Ikeda.
In the comments section, fans gushed about the actress's happy aura as one person wrote, "Be careful, love. Love to see u smile like this. Good vibes only (sic)." Another fan sweetly shared, "Your smile creates happiness!"
A third typed, "Beautiful woman, it's good to see you happy and smiling." A fourth fan added, "Your energy," followed by a red heart emoticon. In the past, Patton has revealed that yoga, kickboxing, pilates, and weight training were her go-to for staying active and in great shape.
Yoga Played a Big Role When She Decided to Lose Her Baby Weight
After welcoming her son with her former partner Robin Thicke, Patton underwent grueling training to prepare for her role alongside Tom Cruise in "Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol." However, the actress later discovered her love for yoga and pilates as a way to lose her baby weight and bond with her ex-husband. "We balance each other," she said.
Outside the yoga studio, Patton also enjoys swimming and hiking, which she called her "zen moments." "Those things give me clarity," she shared. As Patton has aged beautifully over the years and nears turning 50, the actress has urged others to embrace their age.
"I don't believe anyone should be afraid of getting older or telling people their age," she said. As Patton has gotten older, she's strived for more joy, play, and fun in her life, and she shared, "Growing older is a good thing in that way, right?"
