Dad Charlie Sheen & Grown Twin Sons Seen on Rare Outing after Fight for Boys with 'Troubled' Ex
- Charlie Sheen, 57, had a rare outing with his twin 14-year-old sons.
- The "Wall Street" star raised his twins without their "troubled" mother as she needed treatment.
- The result of Charlie's lengthy court battle for his twins with his ex-wife was revealed.
On March 28, 2023, Charlie Sheen was seen looking relaxed on a rare public outing with his twin sons. The "Two And A Half Men" actor shared his children, Max and Bob, then 14, with his ex-wife, Brooke Mueller.
The then 57-year-old "Hot Shots! Part Deux" star went out to Malibu that afternoon with his sons, where they got some smoothies and something to nibble on. Charlie appeared to be trying to hide his identity by wearing a black cap, navy blue sweatpants, a black sweater, and sneakers.
His sons were also dressed down in similar casual clothing - sweatpants, T-shirts, sneakers, and sweaters - with one of the boys sporting long hair and glasses. The similarities between the actor and his sons were quite evident as they appeared to share the same nose, facial structures, and height.
During, what seemed to be a different occasion, the celebrity was seen pouring gas before taking a bag out of clothes from the trunk of his car to donate. While the twins' mother was still alive, their father was a single parent because of one crucial reason.
Why Did Charlie Raise His Twins Alone with Their Famous Grandparents?
Charlie had gone through addiction problems in his past, but in 2011, when he was 45, a source claimed he "loves all his kids." However, he temporarily lost custody of his twins that year but vowed to get them back.

In August 2019, the star opened up after a "troubled" Brooke went into rehabilitation again. He said he was ensuring to protect their sons from her behavior after his ex-wife went to get help amid her struggles with addiction.
The "Anger Management" star revealed, at the time, that his ex was in rehabilitation for the "umpteen billionth time," where she was getting the assistance she required. However, he said between him and his sons' grandparents, they continued sheltering and protecting the boys before adding:
"We continue to seamlessly love shelter and protect Bob and Max from the haphazard choices and unsightly behavior their mom refuses to extinguish once and for all."

Charlie noted that his sons needed their mother and hoped they would soon have her in their lives, but until then, he was steering the ship. The "Ferris Bueller's Day Off" star's equally famous father, Martin Sheen, and his wife and Charlie's mother, Janet, were helping raise the twin boys.
The attorney [Gregory J. Pedrick, Esq.] also mentioned how the pair [Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller] noticed that the resolution was in the family's best interest.
Even though Brooke wasn't in the picture, her parents, Allen Mueller and Mora Foire had also been assisting in raising the boys since their birth. Since Charlie and his ex-wife divorced, they'd been in and out of court fighting for custody of their children.
What Was the End of Charlie’s Long Battle with Mom of His Twins?
Court documents given to a particular publication revealed that Charlie and Brooke, then 44, had settled their child support case on April 11, 2022. The "Wall Street" star and the actress were together from 2008 until 2010 and amicably settled their matter.

The case was resolved at the Los Angeles Superior Court on an agreed but undisclosed financial agreement. Charlie's lawyer, Gregory J. Pedrick, Esq., said the former couple recognized the benefit to their children of them peacefully and privately settling their issue.
The attorney also mentioned how the pair noticed that the resolution was in the family's best interest. Pedrick felt the duo had to be applauded for what they'd selflessly done after going up and down to court over the matter.
The "Scary Movie 5" star and his ex-wife, who welcomed their sons in 2009, had been having an ongoing and lengthy custody battle. Judging by their March 2023 outing, Charlie's sons, who were almost taller than him, were thriving, happy, and healthy despite not having their mother in their lives.
