Talented Artist Erin Odenkirk Is Bob Odenkirk's Daughter
Erin Odenkirk is the talented daughter of the famous actor, comedian, and filmmaker Bob Odenkirk, better known for his role as Saul Goodman on "Breaking Bad" and "Better Call Saul."
Bob Odenkirk knows where to draw the line between comedy and seriousness, and he has also tried a role in the 2021 action thriller, "Nobody." Besides seamlessly juggling between different movie genres, Bob is a loving father to two kids―Nate and Erin Odenkirk.
The "Seinfeld" actor shares a close bond with his children and inspires them with his work. His daughter, Erin, is as talented as him, and her work only reflects a tiny part of the creativity within her.
Erin Odenkirk Is Naomi Yomtov and Bob Odenkirk’s Daughter
The "Saturday Night Live" writer met his now-wife, Naomi Yomtov, at one of his comedy shows in 1994. After becoming friends, the couple dated for a few years before tying the knot in 1997. A year later, they welcomed their son, Nathan.
On November 24, 2000, the couple had their second baby, Erin. Now 22, Erin's life is not public, just like her brother's. The Odenkirk siblings have been away from the limelight, but Bob says they have played a significant role in convincing him to be a part of "Breaking Bad." He said:
"They knew it was a good show that people liked well, and they wanted me to do it."

Erin Odenkirk Has Been Creating Art for as Long as She Can Remember
After playing the role of Saul Goodman in "Breaking Bad," Bob had no idea that he would be offered to act in the series spinoff, "Better Call Saul." No one thought his comical role in the series could give birth to another show from scratch.
When Bob was offered the lead role in "Better Call Saul," he wanted to turn the offer down because he thought staying away from his wife and kids for over four months wasn't a good idea. However, when he talked to Nate and Erin, they urged him to take the role.
Besides advising her father about his TV show roles, Erin loves creating art. She pursued her passion, graduated from Pratt Institute, and now resides in Brooklyn, New York.

Erin Odenkirk Illustrated a Book of Poems She and Her Brother Wrote with Their Dad
Erin has always loved being creative, and she got a chance to utilize her skills better after graduating with a Critical and Visual Studies degree. Her passion for art and creativity has allowed her to master multiple roles, including illustration, multi-media art, and writing. She has a treasure of talent within her, just like her father.
When Erin and Nate were kids, Bob introduced a new ritual―writing poems. Instead of reading bedtime stories, the "Fargo" actor encouraged his children to explore their creativity while writing. Little did he know that he would publish a book of children's poems in the future. He said:
"They're pretty silly, and a lot of them are kind of crazy. But I kept them because some of them weren't just gibberish."
The Odenkirk family didn't do much about the book of poems until the COVID-19 pandemic. Like most of us, they had much more time on their hands, so Nate and Erin asked their comedian father about it.
At that point, Bob proposed that they could actually publish a book out of those poems. He encouraged Erin to work on the illustrations, and their combined efforts resulted in the book: "Zilot & Other Important Rhymes."
The book reflects the creativity of the Odenkirk siblings. Erin revealed that the book's name, "Zilot," is a term her brother coined for blanket forts when he was a kid. Meanwhile, Bob ensured he didn't replace all of his children's poems with his words. He kept the "pure silliness" of his children's work so other kids could relate to it.
While Erin feels proud that her father trusted her and allowed her to be creative in this project, she hopes the compilation of poems makes the readers smile and inspires them to follow their passion.
