Mia Farrow Radiates Beauty at 78 Being ‘All Dressed up’ in Shimmering Long Dress in Photo

Mia Farrow got "all dressed up" for last night's Time100 Gala. The actress and activist wore a deceptively simple sleeveless maxi dress that shimmered like a pearl.

"You look younger than me, and I'm 46," a fan commented on Mia Farrow's Instagram photo of April 26, 2023. "The Watcher" star accessorized with black chunky heeled sandals and a daisy armband of white and blue stones.

Writer Michael J. Finland said of the mother of 14 who posed at the front door with her hand cheekily on her hip, "Elegant and always classy!" Another concurred, "As beautiful as ever."

A homey welcome sign hangs at an angle, and a fluffy white dog looks on from behind. "You look so lovely!" "Desperate Housewives" actress Lesley Ann Warren wrote.

"You are looking radiant and strong! I also respect your lantern game. You never can have too much light," a fan commented. The two fixed lanterns flanking the doorway are supplemented with three hand-held lanterns on the stoop.

The 78-year-old reportedly lives in Connecticut on a farm. Two of her children live with their families on the rural property that sports a pond and chicken coop.

Mia has firm boundaries when posting photos of her children and grandchildren. In 2021 she had 16 grandbabies. She respects the privacy of her family, who chose not to be in the spotlight as she has.

Tam died of an accidental prescription drug overdose.

In March, she greeted her Instagram followers with a photo of "two tiny angels," her grandchildren Coretta and Sawyer. Granny Mia shared two snaps of her granddaughter Angeline on the farm, not identifying the girl's parents by name in a photograph of them on a walk at the pond earlier this month.

Mia Farrow Addressed "Vicious Rumors" Head On

"Algiers" actor Charles Boyer, the father of a friend, once predicted that Mia would have a "wonderful" life, adding, "but difficult, I think."

At the beginning of April 2021, the Episcopal churchgoer went on Twitter to dispel "vicious rumors" about her three children who had passed away. HBO's documentary series "Allen v. Farrow" led to renewed interest in her family.

At 17, Tam Farrow died of an accidental prescription drug overdose. She was taking the medication for a heart condition and "agonizing migraines."

Her daughter Lark Previn died aged 35 "from complications of HIV/AIDS, which she had contracted from a previous partner." Mia Farrow's son Thaddeus Farrow tragically "took his own life" at 29.
