Mia Farrow Wishes Her Son Fletcher a Happy Birthday with a Throwback Photo
In 1974, Mia Farrow gave birth to her son Fletcher, who became one of the famous actress's fourteen children. Over the years, Mia Farrow and her husband have welcomed biological children and adopted children from all walks of life.
In March 2023, the actress took to Instagram to celebrate Fletcher's 49th birthday and shared a throwback from moments before he was born. The "Forget Me Never" actress posed in a multi-colored dress as she posed with loose brown locks and revealed that the picture had been taken the same day she went into labor.
The couple's third child, Fletcher, was born in a hospital in London to Mia and an orchestra conductor, Andre Previn, who lived in the country in the South of London with their other children. In the caption of the Instagram post, Mia shared that Farrow grew up to be a "wonderful" father and husband who worked as the CIO of Costco.
Fletcher Is His Mother's 'Protector'
After graduating from a high school in Germany, Fletcher enrolled at Connecticut College in New England and graduated in 2000 after majoring in Government. Called his mother's "protector," Fletcher interned at the "Late Show with David Letterman" starring David Letterman in 1993.
However, even though he dreamed of breaking into the film industry, Fletcher's career saw him land the role of executive assistant at IBM before working at Costco.

Fletcher Has So Many Siblings
Mia Farrow, who was married to Woody Allen, first became a mother to twin boys, Matthew and Sascha Previn, in 1970. In 1973, the couple adopted a baby girl from Vietnam named Lark, their first adopted child. Sadly, she died on Christmas Day in 2008 at age 35.
After welcoming Fletcher in 1974, the couple adopted another girl from Vietnam that same year named Summer "Daisy." Their sixth child, Soon-Yi Previn, joined their family in 1978 from Korea. In 1980, Mia adopted Moses Farrow from Korea as well before adopting Dylan Farrow from Texas five years later.

After trying to conceive for years, Mia adopted another son, Ronan Farrow— who later changed his name to Satchel— in 1987. Mia adopted Tam and Isiah Farrow in 1992; however, Tam died of a heart condition at 19 in March 2000.
Mia opted for adoption again in 1994 when she adopted her daughter Kaeli-Shea, who also changed her name to Quincy. The actress adopted from Vietnam again in 1995 and became the mother of a blind child named Frankie-Minh Farrow. Fletcher also has an adopted brother named Thaddeus, who passed away.
