Liotta always denied ever getting work done on his face; still, a fan wrote, "What the hell has Ray Liotta done to his face!? #incredibleplasticsurgery."
Not only did fans notice a difference in Liotta's looks in public appearances, but in his shows and films too. One Twitter user expressed how good "Texas Rising" was but could not help but notice how "unrecognizable" the actor was too. The same comment followed from a fan who watched the "Marriage Story."
For some of his fans, the changes on his face had an effect on his acting. One remarked, "Sad to see Ray Liotta dilute his immense talent and enigmatic looks with silicon fakery."

Just days before his death, the "Goodfellas" star was seen taking a picture with a female fan and was said to have been extremely friendly during the encounter.
The fan, Alba, noticed the actor in the mall. She remembered strolling through the shopping center, noticing Liotta, and approaching his security to ask if she could take a picture.

His Daughter and Fiancée Unite after Ray's Death
Liotta's death was challenging for both Karsen and Nittolo. His fiancée shared candid posts of how she had been processing this loss.
Just days after his passing, she posted a cute photo of Liotta kissing her on the cheek. Nittolo was appreciative of the couple of years they spent together.
She adored the love they shared and their never dying chemistry. As much as the loss hurt, she was grateful to have met the actor. She finished the post, writing, "He was the most beautiful person inside and out that I've ever known…and even that is an understatement."
Nittolo shared another update on her healing journey a month after his passing. She admitted that she had no words to describe the pain of such an unexpected loss.
However, she has found love and laughter in their children, Dax, Chazz, Jade, and Joey, which Liotta had taken as his own.
On her first Thanksgiving without her fiancé and six months after his passing, Nittolo was still in pain but chose to be thankful for the memories Liotta left her with.
She thanked Karsen for going through the motions with her as they both navigated this painful loss, but above all else, she was grateful for the love and support of her children.
Karsen and Nittol showed a united front when Liotta's legacy was commemorated on the Hollywood Walk of Fame nine months after his death.
The actor's daughter delivered an emotional speech, trying her best to hold back her tears. She acknowledged how blessed she felt to speak on behalf of her father on such an important day and how proud she was of her talented dad.
Karsen also noted that besides his show-stopping movies, her father was an amazing parent, brother, and partner. "I lucked out with you," she said.
She ended her speech trying her best not to cry, and sweetly saying, "If you had a Ray in your life, you're lucky," adding, "I love you so much. Thank you for your work and the imprint you left on me and all of those who love you. Everyone deserves a Ray in their life."
The love that Liotta gave his loved ones has been one of the best comforts for his family as they try to continue a life without him.
