Melissa McCarthy’s Rarely-Seen Daughter Stuns in ‘Killer Dress’ & ‘Looks Like Her Daddy’ in Outing with Parents
- Melissa McCarthy made a rare public appearance with her husband and two daughters, showing how her children look.
- The actress, who has been criticized for her appearance before, opened up about her attitude toward her body and the lessons she teaches her kids.
- McCarthy's famous husband also revealed how he treats his wife.
Melissa McCarthy is an actress and a mother of two daughters, Vivian Falcone, 16, and Georgette Falcone, 13.
The actress, her husband, Ben Falcone, and their daughters recently made a rare public appearance as a family, but instead of some people celebrating the beauty of the family, they concentrated on weight issues.

McCarthy is a phenomenal actress who featured in the 2013 comedy-crime movie "Identity Thief "alongside Jason Bateman.
The film was about a businessman whose identity had been stolen by a woman living across the country from him. The film received several positive and negative reviews.
Veteran film critic Rex Reed was among the people who disliked the movie so much that he resorted to attacking the actors' appearances.

Reed described McCarthy as "cacophonous" and "tractor-sized," adding that the character she played was a "humongous creep."
McCarthy hit back at the comments and said it was sexist, dumb, and boring for people to be obsessed with her weight. She noted that men were rarely asked questions about their bodies, unlike women. The actress added:
"No one's asking a man, how do you keep your legs in shape? Which I've been asked. I think every time we categorize people by weight, by race, by gender, we put them in boxes and its not a good thing for the world."
The actress was also recently a source of discussion as people addressed her weight loss. McCarthy is rumored to have lost 50 pounds. When asked about her secret to her weight loss, the actress said her life was super dull, and she has no secrets to divulge.
She noted that her life now involves doing nothing fun-related and going to bed by 7:30 p.m. The "Spy" star also said she is not targeting any ideal weight:
"I have, but I'll be back again. I'll be up, I'll be down, probably for the rest of my life. The thing is, if that is the most interesting thing about me, I need to go have a lavender farm in Minnesota and give this up. There has to be something more."
McCarthy made it clear that there's more to a woman's life, and people should ask women more relevant questions about what's going on in their lives rather than constantly focusing on their weight and bodies.
Despite facing criticism and scrutiny concerning her body and weight, the actress remains content with her life, as evidenced by the joy and happiness she exuded while out in public with her husband and daughters during a recent family occasion.

McCarthy Teaches Her Daughters to Love Their Body Type
McCarthy, her husband, and daughters graced the "Little Mermaid" premiere looking all stunning. The actress, who plays Ursula in the movie, looked gorgeous in a royal blue Taller Marmo gown, matched with blue heels and opera-length blue gloves.
Falcone was in a black suit, while their rarely seen younger daughter Georgette was dressed in a black gown with ruffled tiers, styled with a black leather corset belt.
Their older daughter, Vivian, was not photographed with them but was said to have attended the event too. Vivian is the spitting image of her mother. She has also followed in her mother's footsteps, appearing in two movies with her parents, "Thunder Force" and "The Boss.'

However, amid the positive comments were swipes at McCarthy and her daughter. "She gonna plump up just like mom when she grown up," an individual predicted.

McCarthy has always been protective of her daughters. She once told the media that people could talk about her weight all they wanted, but they should not comment on her daughters' bodies.

The 52-year-old said girls and women were already feeling bad about themselves and their bodies, being compared to a few so-called ideal bodies. She advises:
"Give me your best punch in the face, and I'll take that punch, rather than have my kid feel bad about herself… My message is that as long as everybody's healthy, enjoy and embrace whatever body type you have.”

The mother of two also said she ensures her daughters develop a healthy sense of self-esteem by teaching them how to graciously accept a compliment by saying thank you and walking away. She urges them not to belittle themselves or how they look when praised, as it's equal to telling the other person to shut up because they're wrong. She explained:
"…I hope it's one of many ways that I show my girls that it's okay to like who you are. It's okay that everybody's different. I always say to my girls if we were all the same, we would all be robots. You would be bored out of your mind. Hopefully, it's working."
