In the show, Sang plays Min Ho, a wealthy student attending the Korean Independent School of Seoul, popularly known as KISS. It is a boarding school in South Korea. While Min is going through his own issues, such as trying to cope with his parent's messy divorce, he doesn't let it affect him. Instead, he channels his energy into something constructive such as his skincare routine.

On the other hand, Gia plays Yuri Han. She comes from a well-off family; her dad is a wealthy entrepreneur who owns a chain of hotels, and her mother is the principal of KISS.

Yuri is famous for being the principal's daughter, and she gets anything she wants, including her schoolmate Kitty's long-distance boyfriend, Dae. While this was Gia's first significant role, she previously appeared in the short film "Happy Ending."

Also, he revealed that Gia was the reason he auditioned for the show because she requested him to grab the opportunity for the desired role.

He opened up during an interview that his sister sent him an Instagram poster about an audition call for the show, and he decided to try it. The auditioning period took three months; lucky, he and his sister got the roles. The actor said it was a fun experience for both of them, noting that they always looked out for each other.

The 26-year-old fast-rising actor, who gets inspiration from Hollywood star Bradley Cooper, who played alongside Zack Galifianakis in the comedy film trilogy "The Hangover," revealed that he has much in common with his character in the show. His character's passion for cooking, romance, and valuing friendships is nothing short of what he is in real life.

When Sang prepared for his role, he related to his life experiences, from being in love to experiencing heartbreak and traveling and exploring. He said he tried to bring out the best performance by portraying his real-life experiences on set.
