Gia Kim and Sang Heon Lee, Korean-born siblings residing in Los Angeles, have managed to keep the identity of their parents undisclosed despite their notable performances in Netflix's comedy-drama series "XO Kitty."
Gia Kim and Sang Heon Lee are Korean-born sibling actors taking the entertainment industry by storm. The pair's electrifying performance in "XO Kitty" left audiences admiring their impressive acting skills.
In the show, Sang plays Min Ho, a wealthy student attending the Korean Independent School of Seoul, popularly known as KISS. It is a boarding school in South Korea. Even though his character can be cheeky sometimes, he is loyal to his close friends, including Dae Heon Kim, played by Minyeoung Choi, and can do anything for them.

While Min is going through his own issues, such as trying to cope with his parent's messy divorce, he doesn't let it affect him. Instead, he channels his energy into something constructive such as his skincare routine.
On the other hand, Gia plays Yuri Han. She comes from a well-off family; her dad is a wealthy entrepreneur who owns a chain of hotels, and her mother is the principal of KISS.
Yuri is famous for being the principal's daughter, and she gets anything she wants, including her schoolmate Kitty's long-distance boyfriend, Dae. While this was Gia's first significant role, she previously appeared in the short film "Happy Ending."
The show is the sensational spin-off from the wildly popular "To All the Boys" trilogy, inspired by Jenny Han's New York Times best-selling novels. "XO Kitty," which recently premiered, has had fans swooning with its captivating love story of innocent crushes to heartfelt confessions.
Fans couldn't get enough of Sang and Gia's notable performance. Plus, many were surprised to learn it was the actor's first acting job alongside his sister, Gia. Also, he revealed that Gia was the reason he auditioned for the show because she requested him to grab the opportunity for the desired role.
He opened up during an interview that his sister sent him an Instagram poster about an audition call for the show, and he decided to try it. The auditioning period took three months; lucky, he and his sister got the roles. The actor said it was a fun experience for both of them, noting that they always looked out for each other.
The 26-year-old fast-rising actor, who gets inspiration from Hollywood star Bradley Cooper, who played alongside Zack Galifianakis in the comedy film trilogy "The Hangover," revealed that he has much in common with his character in the show. His character's passion for cooking, romance, and valuing friendships is nothing short of what he is in real life.
When Sang prepared for his role, he related to his life experiences, from being in love to experiencing heartbreak and traveling and exploring. He said he tried to bring out the best performance by portraying his real-life experiences on set.
Sang, born in 1996 in Seoul, Korea, grew up in Hong Kong, where he attended an international high school. While in high school, he did two years of drama before graduating from the University of Northampton, where he continued studying performing arts.
Even though it's been a while since Sang returned to Hong Kong, he said he missed the tourist city dearly.
After graduating, he returned to his home country to complete Korea's mandatory military training for two years. He then pursued modeling before getting his first audition and landing the role. He has always been passionate about acting; the actor revealed he decided to pursue acting professionally after university.
