Daveed Diggs Met His Partner Emmy Raver-Lampman While Working on 'Hamilton'
Before getting together with Raver-Lampman, the actor was with Jalene Goodwin. She was by Diggs' side the night he won the Tony Award on June 12, 2016. The couple lived in Washington Heights with their mixed-breed dog, Soccer.
Goodwin is an actress, appearing in an episode of "Jane the Virgin" and the 2017 short film "Monk by the Sea." She worked in the casting department of "Green Days by the River" and "The Three Canvases."
It is unknown when the couple got together or broke up. Several clues suggest that the "Black-ish" actor began getting closer to Raver-Lampman at the start of January 2017.
The performers met as part of the original cast of the Broadway musical "Hamilton" in 2015, in which Raver-Lampman was in the ensemble. Diggs shared a photo of their matching footwear in Chicago on January 7, 2017, in a now-deleted social media post.

Diggs casually mentioned a girlfriend in an interview in June 2020. He admitted that, unlike his character in "Snowpiercer," he would not be a good detective:
"I have not ever figured out where all the things in our kitchen are because my girlfriend put them where they are, and I still don't know. […] We've been in this house two years."
Raver-Lampman one-upped his gesture the following month with Diggs being referred to as her boyfriend in a feature on her. She also spoke of their Los Angeles home, where she was spending quarantine.
The performer contributed "No Feels" to Diggs and Casal's 2019 record.
In separate social media posts, the couple labeled the other their "favorite" on a trip to Italy to celebrate the actress's 33rd birthday in September 2021.

Emmy Raver-Lampman and Daveed Diggs Live in a Cozy and Colorful LA Home with Their Dog
Raver-Lampman's dream of having a hanging chair in her home was realized with the help of designer Mandy Cheng in her first home with Diggs in Los Angeles, which they shared with their dog Luna. In a cover feature for Agricultural Digest in 2021, she said:
"This may be our first house together, but I already see us and our families and our community and our passions everywhere I look."
Daveed Diggs said that "having a home like this" made it hard for him to be away. The talented couple skirted the popular whitewashed Cali aesthetic to incorporate vibrant colors in their home through wallpaper, paint, and exquisite accent pieces.
According to a news report from April 2022, the couple purchased a second home that Kevin McKidd from "Grey's Anatomy" once owned in Studio City, Los Angeles. They reportedly put their first home on the market two months after showing it.
