Actress Alyson Stoner is a former child star who began her Hollywood career as a triple threat on the popular Disney Channel, co-hosting "Mike's Super Short Show."

Alyson Stoner made a mark by winning the hearts of the older generation as the "Little Pigtailed Dancer" in Missy Elliot's music video, "Work It," in 2002. She was seven years old at the time.

In March 2018, Alyson Stoner penned a piece for Teen Vogue where she got candid about her sexuality. She recalled being invited to a trial dance workshop by her pal and running late.

Once Stoner got there, she entered quietly while everyone had already begun with the routine. While settling in, she looked around for the instructor, and she eventually saw her. When the showbiz star saw her moving on the dance floor, she was captivated. "As a Type A perfectionist, I was mesmerized and intimidated," Stoner explained.

When the instructor approached her to communicate the corrections needed, her heart started pounding, and her nerves shot through the roof. She gushed about her smile, saying it "was the most electrifying thing I'd ever seen." Stoner further revealed:

"I left the workshop and texted my mother and best friend, saying, 'I met a woman today, I'm not sure who she is or what I'm feeling, but I think she's going to be in my life for a very long time.'"

As such, Stoner and the unidentified woman kept in contact. They texted all the time and discovered they had shared passions but grew up differently.

The "Alive Upside Down" star spoke candidly about her feelings for her potential lover, saying they were more intense and that their bond was more "platonic."

The pair continued to spend more time together, and communication became more prominent. They watched a series, discussed their frustrations, and supported each other. Stoner divulged:

"Then cuddled. Then kissed and kissed some more. OK, we were in a relationship. I fell in love with a woman."

The video showed the singer kissing a woman and dancing around a beach house in Malibu, California. This was moments before Stoner celebrated her birthday with a group of friends who then surprised her with a birthday cake.

Afterward, she went to the beach to meet her love interest, model Jazzmyne Robbins. They hugged each other and rejoined the others, and danced further.

As an 11-year-old, Alyson Stoner dated "The Suite Life of Zack and Cody" co-star Cole Sprouse, who introduced her as his girlfriend in a May 2007 interview. Stoner talked more about her relationship with the television star in a December 2016 interview and revealed:

"The first boy, I guess, that I had like a crush on and dated was Cole Sprouse."

The Disney stars were both aged eleven at the time, and the actor turned out to have a crush on another "Suite Life" co-star, Victoria Justice.
