Swedish-born Natalie Herron attended Kungsholmen's Gymnasium, a Swedish municipal upper secondary school in Stockholm, before leaving for Stockholm University, where she attained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology Management in 2014.

Simultaneously, she studied Media and Communication and Human Resources at the institution and graduated from her Human Resources course in 2015. Herron, who had her first job experience in 2007, interned at Priest PR in 2013.

Her responsibilities included assisting with news coverage and compiling various documents (media lists, presentations, etc.). Between October 2014 and the following January, she worked as a Junior PR consultant at Mafioso PR.

Between March and May 2015, she was a Recruiter for Vendator Bemanning. Herron held these positions while serving as a Store Clerk for ICA before leaving the company in November 2015. She is a Legal Advisor in Employment Law at Unionen, a job she has had since May 2015.
