Beyoncé Knowles-Carter and her eldest child Blue Ivy also stole glances with their stunning outfit. The "Halo" singer rocked in a sophisticated peach-colored dress that elegantly showcased her cleavage. She complemented the outfit with a pink-feathered shrug and carried a matching heart-print handbag.
Meanwhile, Blue made a fashion statement of her own. She was captured walking alongside her mother and grandmother, Tina, wearing a fashionable green silk dress. Jay-Z, who was at the front and center for his mom Gloria Carter looked elegant in a blue tailored suit and necktie.
During the GLAAD Media Awards in 2018, Jay-Z's mother, Gloria Carter, delivered a heartfelt speech while being honored. She received a special recognition award from TV presenter Robin for her significant contribution to Jay-Z's song "Smile" from his album "4:44."

He shared that although he had prior knowledge of his mother's sexual orientation, the day after their heartfelt conversation, where she expressed her love for her partner, he was inspired to create the song.
