Shemar Moore Reveals His ‘Dad Bod’ at 53 after Welcoming His First Child

Shemar Moore is a doting dad with a muscular body after welcoming his child in his 50s. The actor took to social media to share his version of a dad bod.

Shemar Moore finally met the woman of his dreams and had a child with her. He is now the happiest with his daughter in his arms.

He recently shared a photo on Instagram showing his muscular chest, abs, and arms while wearing red pants and white shoes.

His incredibly fit physique is what Moore called his "dad bod." Several of his fans praised the actor for "looking good" in his 50s, with one claiming he is "aging like the finest wine." Another fan said:

"You're amazing, and [I] love [that] you are a daddy now."

The Hollywood star has been fit for many years and previously shared comparison photos on Instagram from his younger and older years. According to Moore, hard work and determination drove him to push himself and maintain a fit body.

Even in his 50s, Moore ensures he is active and healthy. He mixes cardio workouts with weight-training exercises to sculpt his body while eating the right food. Undoubtedly, he is more than fit to keep up with his daughter as she grows.

Moore welcomed a daughter earlier this year with his girlfriend, Jesiree Dizon. The "S.W.A.T." star was over the moon to be a first-time father and shared the fantastic news on social media. He also called fatherhood "the BEST part of [his] life."

For his first Father's Day, Moore compiled several videos with his daughter, Frankie Moore, and thanked Dizon for giving him the most precious gift.

In a separate post, Moore revealed that he had never celebrated Father's Day because of his absentee dad. However, he did have a supportive mother who raised him well.
