Ron Sexton's Wife Tracey Horen Sexton - Facts about Her & Their Relationship

Ron Sexton and his wife, Tracey Horen Sexton, have celebrated many years of marriage and created a beautiful family together. However, their long-standing relationship was not always smooth sailing, as a few months before his passing, his mistress's husband shot at the comedian.

On July 21, 2023, the world mourned the loss of Ron Sexton, also known as Donnie Barker, one-half of the comedic duo on "The Bob and Tom Show." The late comedian is survived by his children and his wife, Tracey Horen Sexton.

Ron Sexton and his wife had been married for many years before his death. And while it remains unconfirmed where they stood in their relationship when he died, the comedian appeared to have moved on with a younger woman following his cheating scandal.

Ron Sexton and His Wife Were Proud Parents to Four Children

In 2017, Tracey took a trip down memory lane when she turned to Facebook and shared pictures of her and Ron over the years. One of the photos included the couple on their wedding day and another with their four children.

"Been dating this guy for 29 years! 1988 was a long time ago!" Tracey captioned the post. During those years, the couple welcomed two sons and two daughters. Their son, Alex, was a baseball player throughout high school and pursued a professional career as a baseball player.

Ron and his wife's other son, Eric, also played baseball and revealed that his most memorable Baseball moment was playing on the same baseball team as Alex with their dad as the coach.

Eric continued his baseball career as a pitcher at Rollins University before venturing into the business side of the sport as a Director of Business Development at BaseballCloud. The couple's daughter, Abigail, played softball in high school, and Tracey shared:

"I can count the games I have missed in her life on two hands. I have sat front and center for every game she has played. What an absolute blessing she has been to watch at the plate and behind it."

Abigail currently serves as a Client Success Manager at Exercise.com — a custom business software for gyms and fitness professionals, and according to her Facebook page, she is in a relationship.

Ron and his wife's second daughter's name is Aliah, and in 2018, the comedian celebrated his wife and his mother in honor of Mother's Day with a throwback picture of all three of them.

Infidelity in Ron Sexton and His Wife's Marriage

In January 2023, Ron made headlines as court documents revealed details of his affair that led to violence. Ron said he was in Portland, Indiana, for a show when he and his "girlfriend" agreed to meet.

However, things turned violent when Ron's girlfriend's husband began shooting at Ron, who sustained injuries on his ear and cheek consistent with wounds from broken glass.

Ron Sexton's Wife and Family Announced the News of His Death

On July 22, Ron joined Robin Williams on the list of comedians the world has lost. Tracey and her family took to Facebook to announce the saddening news and shared:

"It is with immense sadness that we let everyone know that Ron Sexton passed away yesterday. He was Donnie Baker to most of you, but Ron and Dad to us. Please respect our privacy at this time and pray for our family."

It is unclear where Ron and his wife stood before his passing, as in April 2023, he updated his Facebook profile picture to a snap of him and a mystery woman wearing beaming smiles. In May, Ron shared another photo of him and the unknown woman embracing as his hand rested on her hip.
