In 2013, Sapp participated in her first pageantry, and not only did she win the title of Miss Kentucky Teen USA, but she also made history as the youngest contestant. After impressing at her first pageantry, she revealed her aspirations to win Miss Teen USA and eventually Miss USA and Universe.

At the time, she was known as a professional model and state champion swimmer. Additionally, she had an excellent academic record with several awards. As a beauty queen, she advocated for Best Buddies International and was passionate about raising awareness for lung disease in children and young adults, driven by personal experiences.

However, after obtaining her Bachelor's degree in Animal Sciences from the University of Kentucky, she left her pageantry ambitions behind her. She pursued a career caring for animals and will graduate with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2024 from the Auburn College of Veterinary Medicine.

In June 2022, Lintz took to Instagram to celebrate Sapp's birthday and shared an adorable photo dump of the couple. And in the caption, the actor wrote, "Happy birthday to the girl that makes me the happiest. I love you."

He also commemorated her birthday this year, and in the three images he shared, he included a snap of Sapp in a white coat. While it remains unclear when the couple met, in December 2022, Sapp turned to Instagram to share a black and white video and picture of her and Lintz kissing and captioned the post, "365."

In May 2022, she celebrated her actor-boyfriend's birthday and shared a carousel of images on Instagram. In the caption, she shared, "Grateful for you, Grateful for today. Happy birthday, my love!"
