Over the years, "Is Anthony Kiedis gay?" has been a topic of interest among his fans and social media users. However, despite posing for a gay magazine, Anthony Kiedis has proved his attraction to women following his relationships with multiple female Hollywood stars.
Anthony Kiedis is a renowned musician commonly known for founding and serving as the lead vocalist for the rock band Red Hot Chilli Peppers. However, after shooting to fame for his musical talents, he also left the public wondering about his sexual orientation.
While the "Under the Bridge" singer has not confirmed nor denied speculation about whether or not he is gay, he did open up about his past public relationships that were only with women and the year he slept with over 100 women.

From the beginning of their time as a band, the Red Hot Chilli Peppers were unafraid to zero in on their homoerotic aesthetic and posed for the Los-Angeles based gay adult magazine, In Touch. Kiedis's band member Flea said:
"The gay community in Los Angeles were the first ones to really embrace the Chilli Peppers."

Social Media Users on Anthony Kiedis's Sexual Orientation
Over the years, Kiedis's sexual orientation has remained a topic of interest among social media users, as tweets about his sexuality date as far back as 2012. In 2016, a social media user took to Reddit to ask, "Is Anthony bisexual?" And in 2023, one person tweeted, "Anthony kiedis gives me such strong gay vibes I'm wondering how no one else sees it. [sic]"
Kiedis has also been linked to Madonna, Demi Moore, and Linda Evangelista.
Kiedis's band has also faced homosexuality rumors, as one user commented, "I recently learned 'Stretch You Out' by the Chili Peppers alludes to gay sex between Anthony Kiedis and Dave Navarro. That makes the song 1000x better. I love it."
Anthony Kiedis's Love Life Includes Him Having over 100 Partners in One Year
Despite facing gay rumors, Kiedis has only publicly had relationships with women. According to reports, the singer's first sexual experience was with legendary musician Cher. And in 1983, he collaborated with Nina Hagen on her album "Angstlos," which led to a romance blossoming between them.
Following his romance with Hagen, Kiedis also had a fling with Heidi Klum for two months in 2002, and she reportedly left her husband for him. However, although their relationship did not last, he shared about Klum:
"A person with an incredibly big heart. We still have a lot in common, even if we have little contact."

Over the years, Kiedis has also been linked to Madonna, Demi Moore, and Linda Evangelista. And during an interview, the artist opened up about a year when he had more than 100 sexual partners. "When I saw a pretty girl, I wanted her," he said.
However, in June 2023, the "Can't Stop" singer appeared to be off the market as he was photographed on a coffee date with a much younger mystery blonde in Hollywood.

Anthony Kiedis Is a Father
In 2002, Kiedis briefly settled down, and he and his model girlfriend, Heather Christie, welcomed a son, Everly Bear Kiedis, on October 2, 2007. His son was named after the singer's favorite band, the Everly Brothers. He said:
"Being a father is different; it's much different."
Following his son's birth, the Red Hot Chilli Peppers frontman and his child have maintained a good relationship. They were spotted enjoying time together while walking their dogs in Malibu during the quarantine in April 2020.
