Sandra Bullock to Bid Last Goodbye to Her Partner at Their 'Special Place' — Funeral Details Revealed
- Sandra Bullock recently lost her longtime partner, Bryan Randall, after a lengthy battle with ALS.
- The actress was seen shortly after his death, and although she's mourning and planning a final farewell for Randall, she looked like she is staying strong.
Sandra Bullock, known for her role in hit films such as "Bird Box" and "The Blind Side," recently lost a loved one and spoke out about the tragic death. For the last three years, Bullock had been standing by her longtime partner Bryan Randall's side while he battled Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, also known as ALS or Lou Gehrig's disease.
Bullock, 59, had been romantically involved with Bryan since shortly after they first met in 2015. Their paths initially crossed at a birthday party for the "Practical Magic" star's son, Louis Bardo. A few months later, they started dating, and they've been together ever since, although they refrained from officially tying the knot.

Bullock opened up about her choice not to get married to Randall, saying she felt secure enough in her relationship not to have to need it justified with a certificate and a big ceremony. Instead, she felt she could be a good partner just by being devoted to Randal, come what may. The actress shared:
"I found the love of my life. We share two beautiful children— three children, [Randall's] older daughter. It's the best thing ever. I don't wanna say do it like I do it, but I don't need a paper to be a devoted partner and devoted mother."
Randall tragically passed away on August 7, at the age of 57, and his family confirmed his death. They also shared that Randall had asked that his diagnosis be kept out of the public eye while he was alive, and they wanted to honor his wishes by handling his death in a quiet and respectful manner. Bullock was naturally devastated by his passing.
Bullock Is Staying Strong despite Losing Her Beloved Partner
A little over a week after Randall's death, Bullock was seen out in public for the first time since his passing. In photos obtained exclusively by Daily Mail, Bullock could be seen in the driver's seat of her car, driving through Beverly Hills with her dog on her lap. The sighting came on the same day Michael Oher claimed "The Blind Side" was based on a lie.
Bullock, who won an Oscar for her performance in the films, was reportedly "heartbroken" by the revelation. She claimed that the film, which served as a story of hope and the strength of family bonds, has been "tainted" by the controversy. A source close to her revealed that Oher's claims, paired with losing her partner, have left her highly upset.

Amid the turmoil in her personal and professional life, Bullock is planning to say goodbye to Randall in a meaningful way. The actress is said to be heading to a "special place" in the Bahamas that bore special significance for the pair, since it was where they exchanged "vows" back in 2017.
Although they were never officially married, the two had something resembling a wedding ceremony at a resort. They ended up dancing the night away after professing their love for each other.
Bullock is reportedly returning to the resort to spread his ashes and say a final goodbye to her beloved partner. A source noted, "It holds a lot of meaning and it just makes sense for that to be where she says goodbye to him." Randall is survived by his daughter, Skylar Staten Randall, whom Bullock has now taken "under her wing," according to an inside source.
