Television personality Sharon Osbourne is back to making headlines. She was recently caught in controversy surrounding her drastic weight loss.
Sharon revealed that she lost 20 pounds using a weight loss drug, but one of the other shocking details she mentioned about her diet is that she goes days without eating.
While on the "The Osbournes Podcast," with a guest, Jason Kennedy, the two spoke about the likelihood of chaos that would erupt if people fasted intermittently and went without nine meals at a stretch.
But for Sharon, going without nine meals seemed possible. She said, "God, I do that every week. At least three days without eating." Following this statement, the 70-year-old was seen out shopping in London with one of her daughters, Aimee.
The TV personality looked chic in an all-black outfit. She wore a black blazer with gold detailing and wore matching black pants and pumps. She accessorized with gold jewelry, a black bag, and a pair of oversized sunglasses.

Fans were shocked at her drastic weight loss. People advised Sharon not to diet at her age to avoid health complications. More internet users said, "She needs help," and looked like she was "dying." However, Sharon did admit in one of her interviews that the weight loss went further than expected. "I didn't want to go this thin," she confessed.
Recovering from Depression and the Joys of Being a Grandmother
The former talk show host has never been shy to open up about some of her struggles. Once, while on "The Talk," she confessed that she had been dealing with depression for many years.
Along the way, Sharon also suffered significant health scares, like her diagnosis of colon cancer in 2002. She also underwent a double mastectomy in 2012 because she feared developing breast cancer.
The cancer battle was hard on her husband, Ozzy, who confessed that he feared losing his wife. But Ozzy praised her for being one the strongest people he knew as he thought what she was going through would be too much for her.
After enduring nine months of chemotherapy and the torturous side effects, she finally beat cancer. She kept a positive mindset through it all. Even when the doctor said she needed another nine months to recover from chemo, she said, "I'm cancer free, great, I'm going shopping."
Despite all her health battles, Sharon is grateful for her growing family. She shared a sweet picture with her five grandchildren, with the caption, "My Cup Runneth Over." The picture also featured her daughter Kelly's son Sidney, who is rarely seen, along with Jack's children, Maple Artemis, Pearl, Andy Rose, and Minnie.
