Kimsha Artest Is Metta World Peace's Ex-wife from Whom He Split Amicably
Kimsha Artest was formerly married to the well-known former basketball player Ron Artest, famously known as Metta World Peace. They tied the knot in 2003 but eventually went their separate ways.
After their divorce a few years ago, Kimsha's life has been the subject of public interest, leaving many curious about her current endeavors after her short-lived career in the entertainment industry.
Kimsha has encountered her fair share of drama and controversies from television to her real life. These include her involvement with the wife of another basketball superstar and a man whom she viewed as a stalker.

Kimsha's Life in the World of 'Basketball Wives'
Kimsha divorced the former basketball star in 2009 after six years of marriage, and the former pair maintained an amicable relationship.
Their unique connection seems to have opened doors for Kimsha in the entertainment world. She appeared in the "Life After" series in 2010 and was cast in the 2011 reality television series "Basketball Wives: LA."

In a past interview, Kimsha opened up about her initial experience shooting "Basketball Wives." She acknowledged that, although there were "little bumps" in the show, it generally went quite smoothly.
Although she had brief appearances in the show, Kimsha captivated viewers with her presence alongside Shaquille O'Neal's wife, Shaunie O'Neal, Tami Roman, Jackie Christie, Draya Michele, and Laura Govan.
The show seems to have its fair share of controversies, which led Kimsha to quit, never to be associated with her former castmates' "shenanigans and drama." She said:
"Some of the women that are on the show, they are not wives, and the majority of them are but they're not conducting themselves as such."
Kimsha also addressed the controversy surrounding a fake Facebook page that impersonated her to criticize Shaunie. Kimsha made it abundantly clear that she had no involvement in it.

In her defense, Kimsha declared that she was "not a Facebook person." While she had an account on the social media platform, it was not registered under her actual name.
Kimsha has maintained a low profile since her time in the entertainment industry, keeping her current status mostly concealed from the public.

Kimsha Is a Mother of Three Kids
Aside from her reality TV persona, Kimsha is a proud mother of three children: daughters Diamond, Sadie Jeron, and Ron Artest III. She shares the kids with Mette World Peace.
Kimsha founded "Shining Diamonds," an organization that supports individuals battling kidney cancer. Her passion for this cause stems from her daughter Diamond's early struggle with kidney cancer.
Diamond has recovered and released a song inspired by her journey. In the realm of artistry, it appears that Diamond's sister, Sadie, shares a similar talent, having previously dropped a song herself.
Meanwhile, Ron III is following in his father's footsteps in playing basketball. After playing for the California State University, Northridge (CSUN) Matadors, he's now part of Canada's Newfoundland Rogues, a minor league basketball in the said country.
Kimsha Now Lives a Private Life with a New Career
Kimsha has maintained a low profile since her time in the entertainment industry, keeping her current status mostly concealed from the public. She currently resides in Raleigh, North Carolina.
It's also not known if she is dating status. In contrast, her former husband has happily married model Maya Sandiford-Artest since 2018. His new wife is also an actress who worked with renowned actors like Tyler Hynes, Bruce Willis, and John Travolta.
Regarding her professional life, Kimsha's LinkedIn profile indicates that she is an Industrial Account Manager at Perfect Fit Jobs. She has also created a bit of controversy on LinkedIn, not only during her time on the show "BW."

Early this year, she shared a disturbing incident where she claimed that a man followed her to Wallace, North Carolina. This man vandalized her vehicle, left offensive messages, and caused damage to various parts of it.
Kimsha disclosed that the man had similarly targeted another person's vehicle. In her post, she stated that the man has been on the wanted list for cyberstalking, vandalism, and theft at the Wake County Sheriff's Office.
