Bridget Moynahan Shows Card Sent by Her 'Solid' Man Who Kept Out of the Public Eye since Their 'Secret' Wedding

Bridget Moynahan just celebrated her eighth wedding anniversary with her husband, Andrew Frankel, whom she has kept private for most of their relationship. But the "Blue Bloods" actress shared a sweet card she received from her husband and opened up about dating in her 40s.

Bridget Moynahan is known for her roles in the hit investigative show "Blue Bloods." The actress is also a former model and mother to her son, John, whom she shares with her ex Tom Brady.

Things between her and Brady might not have worked out, but Moynahan was lucky to find love again and recently celebrated her eighth wedding anniversary.

For the most part, Moynahan has kept her romantic life out of the limelight, but she gave a glimpse into her happy marriage when she shared a sweet and quirky card her husband, Andrew Frankel, gave her for their anniversary.

The card illustrated a man and woman with hearts above their heads, saying, "To the woman I am so glad I married." The actress proudly shared the card on her social media and gave insight into how they would be celebrating their milestone. She wrote;

"Marry a man who sends you cards like this on your anniversary. And encourages you to invite new friends to celebrate your anniversary."

As someone with a career in Hollywood, Moynahan has dated a few famous people, but with her current husband, she chose to build a life with someone who lived out of the limelight.

Frankel proposed to the actress during a romantic getaway in Puerto Rico with a vintage ring, which was "exactly what the bride has always wanted," remarked her stylist. For the wedding, the couple kept the ceremony very private with a few close friends and family. "They decided to keep the ceremony secret," said the event planners.

They actually surprised their friends and family by letting them believe they were attending a harvest moon celebration at the Wölffer Estate Vineyards in Sagaponack, New York, only to find out that the couple was getting married.

Regarding finding love in her 40s, Moynahan explained that she realized she focused on the wrong dating pool. As a younger person, she believed that she focused too much on the fame and looks of a person, but soon realized that the material aspects did not add much to building a relationship.

So, once she stopped trying to find someone within her shared Hollywood space, she found someone with everything she had been looking for. "I met a really solid, good human being with none of the pretension or all that other litter. He's a really good person and a good partner. "she expressed.

Now that the actress has found someone outside of Hollywood with whom she successfully built a life, she believed that some of her friends were missing out because they were also limiting their options to people in the same industry.

Besides fame, Moynahan realized that some of her relationships might have failed to work because she hardly spent time with her partners due to her busy work schedule that had her traveling often.
