Molly Ringwald Is ‘Just Ageless’ Rocking Fitted Red Dress & Mullet Hairstyle at the 2023 CFDA Awards

"Sixteen Candles" and "Pretty In Pink" star Molly Ringwald recently shared an update on Instagram. While her post was all about the event she had gone to, her fans were focused only on her outfit.

Molly Ringwald attended a CFDA fashion show in New York and took to Instagram to share a few snaps from the night. Fans could not help gushing about the actress' impressive appearance.

How Did Ringwald Look?

Ringwald wore a one-sleeved, floor-length red gown, which perfectly matched her red hair fashioned in a mullet. She paired the look with a stunning red lip and simple earrings. Zac Posen styled her.

Fans loved her look and told her that she had picked a great dress and looked chic as always. One fan gushed:

"Lady! You are more beautiful than EVER!"

Another fan talked about her haircut, saying it suited her face. Some fans said Ringwald was "just ageless." However, Ringwald has aged and was excited about that fact in 2018 when she turned 50.

What Did Ringwald Say About Aging?

Although fans commented on her Instagram post saying they were watching her as a young woman in "Sixteen Candles" for the umpteenth time, Ringwald was not afraid to age in 2018.

In fact, it was something that she was pretty thrilled about as she felt she knew more as she aged. She shared:

"You feel more confident that you have a little bit of life experience to back up what you say."

The only thing Ringwald wanted to hold onto from her youth was her 1986 "Pretty In Pink" prom dress. She also would have liked to have held onto her "The Breakfast Club" outfit but says because she moved around a lot, she had lost much of the memorabilia she had.
