Tom Brady delighted in the sun and sea with his children on a recent boating trip where they swam together and enjoyed a couple of lobsters. Even in retirement, Brady remains a benchmark for many on what a great NFL player should be. He innovated fitness and nutrition for athletes and has upheld this for years.

Before he played one final season, the quarterback and his body coach and business partner, Alex Guerrero, made some changes in his routine, which enabled him to play football at the age of 45 against a younger generation of players. Rather than weights, Guerrero trained Brady with resistance bands. They also worked on his quickness together.

"You can't make aging athletes faster, but you can make them quicker," Guerrero shared. They did cone drills, which they hoped would make Brady more agile.

Now that he's retired from football, Tom Brady is spending his days being a dedicated father to his three children. He is dad to Jack, Benjamin, and Vivian.
