O'Neal Reveal Details of His Late Father's January Memorial : 'It Will Be Amazing'

Patrick O'Neal revealed details concerning his late father's January memorial, which he said "will be amazing." The bereaved son spoke about how the memorial will be a "celebration of life" in honor of his dad.

The son of beloved and late actor Ryan O'Neal recently shared his plan to have a memorial early next year in tribute to his dad. Patrick O'Neal, 56, took to Instagram to give details about the event.

In his post, Patrick covered his face with a black-and-white picture of Ryan, who wore glasses and looked into the distance. A part of his caption divulges that he has his work cut out for him as his father as approximately 3 million photos of himself, of which 700 hundred thousand have been saved.

Of his father's January memorial, which he is calling a "celebration of life," the 56-year-old also expressed, "Everyone who should be there will be there and it will be amazing, trust me. 🔥"

Ryan sadly passed away earlier this month at age 82, which, naturally, has been challenging for his bereaved loved ones. On the day he died, Patrick disclosed, "So this is the toughest thing I've ever had to say but here we go. My dad passed away peacefully today, with his loving team by his side supporting him and loving him as he would us."

Patrick then went on to share some facts about his dad's life, career, and achievements that made him the extraordinary man he was during the course of his life.
