In a solemn revelation, the cause of death for Dex Carvey, eldest son of comedian Dana Carvey, was disclosed. The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner's Office stated that the 32-year-old succumbed to an accidental overdose due to the toxic effects of fentanyl, ketamine, and cocaine​​.
