The actress has never been shy about flaunting her stunning body in various swimsuits. Despite this confidence, she has expressed concern about the unrealistic beauty standards imposed on younger women by social media.

She pointed out that social media often fails to show the true essence of a woman. Reflecting on her own experiences, Zeta-Jones mentioned that she wasn't raised in the age of social media. She added that if she had been, it might have significantly impacted her self-esteem.

The mom of two also admitted that there were times she had to put on a brave face, particularly during high-profile events like walking the red carpet. Despite her celebrity status, Zeta-Jones confessed to having her own insecurities.

However, she has learned to manage them over time. As she gets older, she has grown more comfortable and confident in her skin, embracing her natural beauty rather than succumbing to societal pressures.

She remarked that she was quite sensible with her approach, doing a lot of swimming and considering starting tap dancing lessons once the kids went back to school. She also emphasized the importance of eating sensibly.

One thing she doesn't eat is peanut butter, despite it being one of her children's favorite foods. The Hollywood star revealed she never had it growing up and doesn't like the consistency, having tried both chunky and smooth. While her husband and kids love it, she confessed that it makes her feel like she's about to lose it or throw up.

Zeta-Jones and Douglas welcomed their first child, Dylan Douglas, in August 2000, and married later that same year in November at The Plaza in New York. According to the Welsh actress, it was the longest wedding the venue had ever hosted, meant to end at 6 p.m. but instead continuing until 6 a.m. the next day.

The couple welcomed their daughter Carys Douglas three years later. For 12 years, they raised their children in Bermuda—where Douglal's mother was from—away from the paparazzi.

According to the actress, they wanted their kids to have a normal childhood, not being photographed every day while going to school. Also, they didn't want their young children to be on film sets with a tutor.

The actress stressed that if she was working, her husband would be home watching over the children. And if Douglas was working, they would switch roles. Now both in their 20s, their children have grown up out of the constant media spotlight.

Zeta-Jones continues to captivate with her timeless beauty and dedication to family life. Balancing her successful career with her role as a mother, she embraces her natural elegance and advocates for self-confidence.
