Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux's Relationship

Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux's love story began under the spotlight of Hollywood. Before meeting Jennifer, Justin was in a long-term relationship with stylist Heidi Bivens, whom he dated from 1997 until 2011.

Shortly after their breakup, Justin met Jennifer on the set of their film "Wanderlust" in 2012. Sparks flew, and the two quickly became inseparable. They got engaged later that year, and by 2015, the couple had tied the knot in a secret, intimate ceremony.

Jennifer spoke fondly of Justin during their relationship, "I'm so proud of him. We have so much fun together... It was nice to learn how to sort of relinquish control and let someone really care deeply for you. It's quite wonderful."

Despite the end of their romantic relationship, Justin made it clear that their breakup wasn't filled with drama or animosity. The actor opened up about his continued bond with Jennifer, stating that they did not have a dramatic split and still loved each other.

He emphasized his intention to keep Jennifer in his life, expressing his genuine appreciation for their enduring friendship. When asked about the intense public scrutiny surrounding his personal life, particularly his divorce from Jennifer, Justin admitted that it was a delicate balancing act.

"There's something to once you're out of that, where I want all of my relationships to exist within the four walls of whatever room we're in. And I'm not trying to be evasive, but I talk to Jen—I don't talk about Jen," he explained, expressing his desire to maintain privacy.

The actor also acknowledged the public's relentless interest, noting, "People will always want to gossip and say things, but you have to find that balance [...] So it's a classic no-comment situation for me."

Justin ultimately concluded that keeping his personal life out of the public eye was far more enjoyable, remarking, "Having been in a public relationship, it's much more fun not being in a public relationship."

Throughout their time together, rumors circulated about the reasons behind their split. Reports suggested that their differing lifestyle preferences played a significant role, with Jennifer preferring to live in Los Angeles while Justin was more drawn to New York.

Justin Theroux's New Love

After his split from Jennifer, Justin found love again with Nicole Brydon Bloom, an actress 23 years his junior. Nicole, born in March 1994 in Chicago, Illinois, has steadily built a name for herself in the entertainment industry.

She is known for her roles in popular television series such as "The Gilded Age" in 2022, "The Affair" in 2014, and a guest appearance on "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" in 1999.

Nicole's life, however, has not been without tragedy. In 2003, her father, journalist David Bloom, tragically passed away while covering the Iraq war. His death was not due to the dangers typically associated with war zones, such as bombs or bullets.

Instead, a deep vein thrombosis (DVT) formed in his legs, traveled to his lungs and blocked blood flow. The sudden loss stunned Nicole's family, who were unprepared for such an outcome.

Nicole's mother recalled the shock of learning about DVT, saying, "We had braced ourselves for all the war-related dangers that that assignment entailed. But when I got that call, I had never heard of DVT myself, and I don’t think David ever had."

Despite this heart-wrenching loss, Nicole grew up and pursued a successful acting career, carving out her own path in Hollywood. She first sparked romance rumors with Justin in February 2023 when the two attended a Netflix event.

The pair were spotted with notable personalities like Tan France and Louisa Jacobson, who co-stars with Nicole on the HBO series "The Gilded Age."

In the months that followed, Justin and Nicole were frequently seen together, fueling speculation about their relationship. In August 2023, the couple was photographed sharing a kiss during a date night in New York City.

By October of that year, Justin and Nicole were spotted leaving a restaurant in New York City's West Village after grabbing dinner with Nicole's mother and stepfather. The couple's relationship continued to blossom, with more public outings solidifying their status as one of Hollywood's newest it-couples.

In a December 2023 mirror selfie Nicole included in a carousel of photos posted on Instagram, she and Justin posed with others on a staircase. All four wedding guests were smiling from ear to ear.

Their whirlwind romance didn't stop there. In June 2024, the couple attended the wedding of Naomi Watts and Billy Crudup in Mexico City. By late August 2024, Justin and Nicole took a significant step forward in their relationship, confirming their engagement.

The proposal occurred during a romantic trip to Italy, coinciding with their attendance at the Venice Film Festival for his movie, "Beetlejuice Beetlejuice." Nicole proudly displayed her stunning engagement ring on the red carpet, a custom creation by Stephanie Gottlieb Fine Jewelry.
