Jennifer Aniston and her ex-husband Justin Theroux created one of the most stunning homes with an amazing interior before calling it quits. Here is a look at what lies within the 21 million dollars Los Angeles structure.
Celebrity couple Jennifer Aniston and her ex-husband Justin Theroux achieved a lot together before their marriage went down the drain. One of the things they are known for is their unique Los Angeles home.
With Aniston, one can only expect perfection, and the famous movie star did just that with her million-dollar Los Angeles building. However, she didn't do this alone as she had the help of her ex-husband, Theroux, and other experts.

THE MID-CENTURY HOUSE
Aniston and Theroux's fantastic Los Angeles home has it all. The captivating mid-century structure is an incredible sight, from the crafts to its delicate furniture and surrounding vegetation.
The celebrity couple combined their different interests to create designs that mesh perfectly, and they did this with the help of Interior designer Stephen Shadley. Theroux, for his part, gave the house some of his New York City touches.

An image of him in black ensembles standing in the main entrance with his BMW and Ducati motorcycles looked like a different time compared to some other parts of the building.
Reports showed that Shadley got the inspiration for the bronze front door from the backdrop of Johnny Carson's '60s Tonight Show.

The living room is designed with 20th-century classics. It boasts an Arturo Pani cocktail table, armchairs by Jacques Adnet, Jean Royère polar bear sofa, a mica bar by Shadley, and more dazzling designs.
The building also has a terrace with a more serene setting than the living room. It combines an Antique bronze Chinese statue, cocktail table, and bronze chairs by Shadley.

The powder room, clad in hand-painted wallpaper, has a similar dark tone to the terrace design. Aniston's office has a pair of vintage leather club chairs facing a desk by Don S. Shoemaker and a Tiffany lamp.
Her office, however, has a similar serene setting like many other rooms, and Shadley once revealed that Aniston chose the design as she wanted something "zen."

In the master bedroom, a pashmina shag carpet spreads around the custom walnut bed with a suede headboard by Shadley. The shag carpet doesn't only beautify the room as it creates a perfect sitting space for the couple's pet.
An image of the master bedroom shows Dolly, one of the couple's three dogs, lounges on the carpet. The master bath is also another magnificent sight. It has a custom Calacatta marble tub with Waterworks fittings.

In the garden sits a towering pagoda. The famous ex-couples million-dollar structure also offers views of the surrounding city. The house overlooks the pool, which lights up by night. Marcello Villano and Anne Attinger designed the landscape.
In a video uploaded on Youtube, Aniston's Theroux's interior designer Shadley sat with Architectural Digest Editor-in-Chief Amy Astley to discuss the movie stars' "zen" style mid-century home.

During the talk, it was revealed that the structure sitting high above Los Angeles is a similar but more extensive version of Aniston's Bel Air house designed by architect A. Quincy Jones.
Shadley said the actress had elements from her previous house which she wanted to reproduce. According to Shadley, Aniston kept her bedside lamps.

The building's Asian-like setting is also something from Aniston's previous home. Before her engagement to ex-sweetheart Theroux, the famous "Murder Mystery" actress purchased the property in 2011.

There is no doubt Aniston, 52, and Theroux, 50, loved each other while they were a couple. However, in a 2012 interview, the "Marley and Me" star said of her first impression of Theroux:
"But I remember thinking he was very dark. At first, you think he could be like a serial killer, but he's actually the nicest person in the world."

Before saying I do, this famous couple had already crossed many milestones together. In January 2015, the lovebirds looked stunning as they posed for photos at Los Angeles' Hollywood Palladium at the Critics' Choice Awards.
Theroux supported Aniston at the 2015's Screen Actors Guild Awards, where she was nominated for Outstanding Performance.

SPLIT AND RELATIONSHIP AFTER
Aniston and Theroux announced their divorce after two-and-a-half years of marriage and seven years together. In a statement, the Hollywood stars revealed their split was mutual and lovingly made at the end of last year.
After their split, the couple started spending time apart, and Theroux was constantly spotted in New York City, away from their modern, minimalist property. The actor and Aniston reportedly spent two years completing the Los Angeles structure.

However, it was later revealed that they didn't have a "dramatic" divorce and remained friends after their separation. Once addressing speculative and all the rumors surrounding their split, Theroux said:
"Like it or not, we didn't have that dramatic split, and we love each other. I'm sincere when I say that I cherish our friendship. We can not be together and still bring each other joy and friendship."

The two further confirmed they had no grudges after calling it quit when Theroux shared a photo of them on social media. The image shared featured the "Mulholland Drive" actor and his ex-wife cuddling in a black outfit.
