After selling his sprawling Hidden Hills compound in 2023, the action movie star recently opened the doors to his lavish estate in Florida, giving the public an exciting look inside.

This month (August 2025), lifestyle magazine Veranda published a profile on Hollywood icon Sylvester Stallone's beautiful Palm Beach estate. In collaboration with renowned interior designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard, the brand has also shared eye-catching visuals highlighting some of the mansion's extravagant decor.

For Stallone and his wife of 28 years, Jennifer Flavin, the journey to finding the right home in Florida was less about grandeur and more about heart. Reflecting on the family's initial search, the actor candidly shared his distaste for post-pandemic builds that, though grand in scale, lacked soul.

"Monumental structures, but none of them embraced you or made you feel warm. You felt as though you were in a hotel lobby," he divulged.

That sentiment shifted the moment he and Flavin stepped inside the 2014 Palm Beach home that would ultimately become their sanctuary.

With soaring ceilings and expansive windows, the $35.375 million lakefront property instantly stood out, not just for its potential as a gallery for Stallone's vast art collection, but for something even more vital—comfort.

Flavin, who dubbed the space "a livable size," emphasized, "We have three dogs and a cat and lots of children—nothing we own is precious. Our family is precious, but the material things are not precious."

That spirit of warmth and practicality is what eventually guided them to a familiar collaborator—Los Angeles–based interior designer Bullard. After experimenting with a few local decorators, the couple reunited with the designer, who had worked with them before in California.

Known for his stylistic versatility, Bullard resists formulaic design, favoring instead an approach tailored to each client's character. Whether curating the charm of an eighteenth-century manor or the glam of a 70s-inspired space for Elton John, he prioritizes personality over aesthetic trend.

For Stallone and Flavin's Florida home, that meant focusing on durable beauty. This theme translates into custom furnishings with plush proportions and performance fabrics that can withstand family life, pets, and lively gatherings.

Yet, amid the inviting textures and family-minded choices, one element remains sacred—Stallone's formidable art collection. The home's curated art is anything but static. Far from a fixed gallery of untouchable works, Stallone views his pieces as dynamic elements of the living space, meant to evolve, shift, and inspire.

"I consider it like a wardrobe," he explained in the feature, likening the rotation of paintings to trying on a new shirt after growing tired of an old favorite. Rather than letting familiarity dull his appreciation, Stallone prefers to "restimulate the mind" by moving pieces from one room to another, which rediscovers their impact in a fresh setting.

In an Instagram video shared by Veranda, Bullard takes viewers on a brief tour of two spaces inside the star's home. He starts with the art-filled hallway.

The corridor stretches long and luminous, with tall windows allowing floods of natural light to illuminate pristine white walls, perfectly poised to spotlight the artwork. Each step forward reveals a deliberate artistic moment.

On one side, deep crimson and black abstract panels pulse with intensity, while opposite, a trio of more subdued, grid-like pieces command quiet attention. At the far end, a bold and chaotic portrait by George Condo anchors the space.

The design, true to Bullard's intent, honors both form and function. "Stallone, not only is a major artist himself, he's an incredible art collector," Bullard says, highlighting the inclusion of works by Rashid Johnson and even Picasso. His voice brims with admiration as he gestures toward the walls that bear these names.

From the gallery-like corridor, Bullard transitions into what he calls his favorite room, the dining area. Inside, the eye is immediately drawn to the electric, 14-foot, high-gloss lacquered table in a vivid cobalt hue, a statement piece created specifically for entertaining.

Around it, sleek white chairs with dark wood trim balance elegance with modern flair, while oversized windows frame a view of the manicured backyard and sparkling pool beyond.

Above the table, bright blue, chain-link fixtures suspend globe pendant lights from the ceiling. Surrounding the space are additional show-stopping artworks, including a hypnotic butterfly piece by Damien Hirst, which, as Bullard explains, inspired the room's vivid color story.

Beyond the dining spaces, Bullard also offered followers a peek into more intimate corners of Stallone's estate through a carousel of Instagram images.

Among them are a screening room adorned with memorabilia from "Rocky" and "Rambo," a gleaming bar set beneath vibrant boxing-inspired artwork, and a candid snapshot of the actor playfully posing alongside Bullard. The photos capture not just the grandeur of the home, but also the warmth of Stallone's personality.

Photographer Douglas Friedman, who captured the estate for Veranda's feature, also spotlighted a corner of the Florida home that feels deeply personal to Stallone. In his shot, floor-to-ceiling wooden shelves are lined with a treasure trove of memorabilia, from the original typed script for "Rocky" to the oversized knife wielded in "Rambo."

Awards, championship belts, and even the iconic red boxing robe stand proudly among statuettes and collectibles, creating a shrine to Stallone's storied career.

This intimate glimpse inside Stallone's Palm Beach estate arrives after a major real estate move. Before settling in Florida and after selling his Beverly Park mansion to Adele for $58 million, Sylvester Stallone and his wife decided to part ways with their Hamptons-style property in Hidden Hills, California. They listed it for $22.5 million.

Spanning more than two acres, the sprawling compound features a main residence and guesthouse, a lush fruit orchard, and even equestrian facilities complete with a four-stable barn and riding arena.

Built in 2015 and later updated, the two-story home combines crisp white walls with dark wood accents, creating a modern yet timeless aesthetic. The interior stretches across nearly 10,500 square feet, housing four bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a gym, and a private theater.

Outdoors, a vine-strewn loggia frames the backyard, where stone steps lead to a pool, spa, and cabana, a resort-style setting tucked away within the gated cul-de-sac community.

That chapter officially closed in 2023, when Stallone sold the Hidden Hills property to music legend John Fogerty of Creedence Clearwater Revival fame. The ranch-style estate ultimately sold for $17.2 million, a figure not only below the actor's asking price but also slightly less than what he had originally paid in 2022.

Still, the residence itself is a gem with over 10,000 square feet of living space spread across a main house, guesthouse, cabana, and horse barn.
