The glammed-up group hit Novikov Restaurant in London on Thursday, 22 January, and Collins marked the occasion with a beaming group selfie posted to social media. But it wasn't long before the tone shifted — dramatically.
The photo rocketed across the internet, but it wasn't the A-list location or the celebrity guests that had people talking. It was Collins' face.

Though hailed as the poster girl for curvy confidence, Collins has long been open about her struggle with weight. Diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome at 28, the former "TOWIE" star once tipped the scales at over 23 stone, wearing a size 26.

But everything changed in November 2024, when she began taking the NHS-approved Mounjaro weight loss injections. The results? More than three stone shed by October 2025.
And for Collins, this wasn't just about appearance — it was liberation.
"For me, taking the jab is more about helping me not to fixate on food," she explained. "I actually only eat once a day now and don't snack. I used to fascinate about food all day, but now it's not a major player in my life anymore, I've forgotten all about it."
She added, "If I get a bit hungry, I'll have something to eat, but it's just about making smarter choices."
While her body is changing, her mindset is stronger than ever.
Collins is adamant that she's not chasing skinny. Why? It doesn't align with her brand.
"I've become successful being who I am and I'm not going to change that for anyone. I'm really not," she said. "God's made me as I am and now I just embrace my natural body size. I love my hips. I love my curves. I'm never going to be thin and I've made peace with that. Everyone needs to accept it."
