Plastic Surgeon Reveals Which Plastic Surgery Procedures Victoria Beckham Likely Had

From pouty lips to a refined nose, one plastic surgeon suggests the fashion icon may have tried it all — scroll down to see her transformation over the years.

Has she or hasn't she? That's the question once again swirling around Victoria Beckham, after a viral video reignited scrutiny over the former Spice Girl's ever-evolving appearance — and unleashed a wave of brutal commentary across social media.

The 51-year-old fashion mogul has long been the subject of plastic surgery rumors, some of which she has addressed herself. But a resurfaced Instagram video — originally posted in October and re-shared over the weekend by plastic surgeons Wendy Wong and Soobin Lim — has thrust the speculation back into the spotlight.

In the clip, Wong dissects Beckham's alleged procedures while comparing before-and-after photos of the designer over the years. Among the enhancements she claims to spot: lip fillers, breast implants, and a nose job.

Wong notes that Beckham's lips appear more harmonious in recent years — suggesting some of the filler may have been dissolved. As for the nose, she points to a noticeably more refined and slimmed-down structure.

"In these sort of very sculpted, very iconic faces, it is very, very important not to overdo things, i.e., the lip filler [...]," Wong explained.

"The top lip is supposed to be thinner than the bottom, and when you're trying to achieve that 1:1 ratio with the lips in these individuals, they can look remarkably different, in that they're almost unrecognizable," she added.

But not everyone agreed — or approved.

The comment section quickly lit up, and some of the feedback was harsh.

"And she ruined her face 😢," one person wrote. "Looked better before any work!!!" another snapped. "She definitely looked better and so natural. Massive lips. Too big for her face," a third added.

Then came the laundry list. "Facelift, necklift, nose job, lip lift, Buccal removal, bleph upper and lower, brow lift… boobs in boobs out… eat veg and fish," one viewer rattled off.

And it wasn't just her face under fire — her figure was also dissected.

"She's way too skinny, looks like she is disappearing," one commenter said. "She would be a lot sexier with more meat on her face and body. The struggle in Hollywood with eating disorder is real. All not to be called FAT cause you got some curves [sic]."

But not everyone was critical.

"I can't really tell if she's had surgery or not, maybe some lip filler? But if she has it's incredibly tasteful and she looks beautiful and realistic. Love VB," one fan wrote, cutting through the noise.

Over the years, Beckham has kept quiet on most of the rumors — but has acknowledged one procedure: breast implants.

In a 2017 letter to her younger self published in Vogue, she opened up about the decision to get them — and to later have them removed.

"And I should probably say, don't mess with your boobs," she wrote. "All those years I denied it — stupid. A sign of insecurity. Just celebrate what you've got."

Last year, at the premiere of her Netflix documentary "Victoria Beckham," she spoke again about removing her implants, crediting longtime friend and designer Roland Mouret for helping her feel confident enough to ditch them.

"I'm not going to lie, it was probably to get attention, because I was searching for my identity," she admitted. "I don't know where those boobs went, but they went. It was definitely working with Roland that did it. He's so great and I wouldn't have a career if it wasn't for him."

"It came from a need to be taken more seriously and me not knowing who I was," she continued. "And so I think it was Roland that encouraged me to just be me — not feel I had to be that person. To just tone it down."

As for the alleged nose job?

"Never, ever, ever, ever," Victoria declared in a 2024 "Today" show interview while promoting her makeup line. "There's been a lot of people in the past that have said to me that I've had some kind of surgery on my nose [...]. It's clever contouring!"
