Meghan Markle dazzles in a chick white coat as she appears with the Queen for first time
She isn’t an official royal yet, but Meghan Markle is already attending more events at the Queens side. Recently, the actress attended a church service with other Royals.
The Commonwealth Day service was attended on March 12, 2018, according to People. There, Markle joined others in singing the national anthem before receiving a bouquet of flowers outside from a little girl.
On Monday, Markle joined her fiancé Prince Harry and other senior members of the Royal Family for a church service celebrating Commonwealth Day at Westminster Abbey. Also in attendance besides the Queen were Charles and his wife Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, and Prince William and Kate.
The Queen, 91, is head of the Commonwealth, a global network of 53 countries with more than two billion people. The service is the largest annual interfaith gathering in the UK.
This year the service included a performance by Liam Payne as well as a reflection by Dr. Andrew Bastawrous. Bastawrous is an eye surgeon who turned a smartphone into an examination tool which works to combat avoidable blindness in developing countries.
The Queen wore a scarlet coat and hat by Angela Kelly. She accessorized her look with a diamond and ruby flower brooch.
‘Meghan Markle just made her biggest royal debut yet — alongside Queen Elizabeth.’

Markle wore a cream tailored $1,199 coat by Amanda Wakeley with a matching beret by Stephen Jones. Underneath the coat, she wore a navy dress by the same brand.
The actress accessorized her look with dark navy suede pumps by Manolo Blahnik.
Her future sister-in-law Kate opted for a dark blue coat from Beulah London and matching Lock and Co hat. She also carried a $675 mini blue navy cross-grain leather bag from Mulberry with a gold chain strap.
Markle was seen singing along to the national anthem, God Save the Queen, as the service began. She and her husband-to-be are expected to play a major role in the Commonwealth organization.
This is after she officially joins the Royal Family when she weds Prince Harry on May 19, 2018. She spoke of her interest in the Commonwealth at the Royal Foundation Forum last month.
After the service, Markle, Harry, William, and Kate headed into the square behind the Abbey for a meet-and-greet with school children before attending a reception.
Markle and Kate both shared sweet moments with two young girls who handed them bouquets of flowers. The actress’s attendance at the service shows the speed with which she has taken on official royal duties.
In the weeks before she married William in 2011, Kate didn’t attend anything public with the Queen.
