It can help to regulate blood sugar levels, high blood pressure, and cholesterol. It also lowers the risk of heart disease and has been lauded as a weight-loss miracle.

It is suggested to drink one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of lukewarm water. However, some people simply can't get past the taste.

Wouldn't it be easier to get your daily dose of apple cider vinegar as a gummy instead? With this easy recipe, you'll be able to take ACV daily, without the aftertaste!

The recipe is easy to follow with ingredients you probably already have in the pantry. While you can use any juice, apple juice is recommended to offset the bitterness.

It also has the added benefit of gelatin, which would improve your gut and skin health. It has been proven to protect your joints as well.

Instructions:

Combine the vinegar, juice, and water in a large saucepan. Don't preheat the plate beforehand, and stir well. Sprinkle the gelatin powder over the liquid and mix.

Let the mixture sit for a few minutes before turning the heat to medium-low. Stir with the wooden spoon for 5 minutes. Make sure the gelatin is dissolved.

Pour the mixture into the silicone tray or molds, and let it set in the refrigerator. Alternatively, you can pour the mixture into a dish and slice - or cut into shapes - once firm.
