She has managed to avoid cameras and headlines for the most of her life. But now photographs revealed that she has grown up in the likeness of her famous father.

Born on October 28, 2005, Matilda Rose Ledger, the daughter of late actor Heath Ledger and actress Michelle Williams, is an adorable 11-year-old, who has a striking resemblance to her famous father, according to Shared.

The source informed that following Heath's demise, Matilda has mostly lived a private life. This was also caused by the protocol implemented against media outlets publishing unauthorized photos of celebrity children.

Despite trying her best, Williams has not been able to stop at least some of her daughter's photographs to get out in the public limelight. Today, she is an energetic 11-year-old whose personality is also similar to that of Heath's, the source suggested.

In 2015, Heath's father, Kim, told in an interview that Matilda has "got his energy." He further stated that Heath "never slept" from when he was only two years old and Matilda has shown very similar trait so far.

"She's got this ball of energy and she radiates this little aura," the source further quoted the grandfather as revealing.

Williams and Heather met for the first time on the set of Brokeback Mountain, and two began dating soon after. A year later, they gave birth to Matilda.

Unfortunately, the pair separated in 2007 after 3 years of relationship but the pair remained the best of friends until the tragic and untimely demise of Heath.

At the time of Heath's passing, Matilda was only 2 years old. Without a doubt, her mother made all the attempts to ensure that her daughter stayed out of the public eye.

She even released a heartfelt public statement requesting everyone to respect their need to "grieve privately." After stating that her heart was broken, she said that she a mother of "most tender-hearted, high-spirited, beautiful little girl who is the spitting image of her father."
