Caitlyn, 68, went on to say how her hair is looking great, but her nose is not. However, she reassured her fans that her nose was indeed healing well.

"Hair is looking great. Nose is not, but healing well!"

The sun damage was removed just days ago, but now Jenner has to live with the effects of the said damage for a while. Not wanting other people to have to go through the same experience, she gives her fans some advice.

"PSA: always wear sunblock."

According to a previous report by Yahoo, the spot that Caitlyn had doctors remove was cancerous.

"The transgender activist had the procedure to remove basal cell carcinoma, the most common form of skin cancer."

Not wanting to worsen the already irritated skin on her nose, Caitlyn has been spotted out and about without any makeup on.

However, she tried to make up for her simple and bare face by putting together great outfits every time she was spotted out.

Caitlyn has cut ties with the Kardashian clan, not attending Kylie nor Khloe's baby showers. Instead, she has been spending a lot of time with 21-year-old Sophia Hutchins, who is also transgender. Sophia began her transition from male to female when she started going to school at Pepperdine University, Malibu.
