The Mr. and Mrs. Smith actor is reportedly getting close and personal with a known MIT professor.

Brad Pitt is allegedly spending quite a lot of time with Neri Oxman, an acclaimed architect and MIT professor.

The Daily Mail shared that the 54-year-old star became close with 42-year-old Oxman after they were introduced because of an MIT architecture project.

Pitt is known to have quite a passion for architecture and design.

According to Page Six, Pitt was referred to Oxman for a collaboration on an architectural project that the actor was working on.

“Brad and Neri instantly hit it off because they share the same passion for architecture, design, and art. This is best described as a professional friendship,” said a source to the publication.

Although, the source clarified that no romance has sparked between the two just yet.

Oxman was previously married to Argentine composer, Osvaldo Golijov. She currently works as a professor at the MIT Media Lab and she also founded and directs the Mediated Matter group.

Pitt is currently busy with his Make It Right Foundation. The organization constructs affordable, solar-powered homes for the less fortunate.

He has been working with various architects all over the world to help him build homes in New Orleans, which has been trying to stand back up after the devastation caused by Hurricane Katrina.

The foundation has also been attempting to help communities in need in New Jersey and in Kansas City, Missouri.

As for his divorce with Angelina Jolie, an insider suggested to The Sun that the terms have already been agreed on by both parties.

Within weeks, the divorce is said to be finalized. They publicly revealed their separation in September 2016.

Pitt and Jolie share six children, Maddox, 16, Zahara, 13, Pax, 14, Shiloh, 11, and nine-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.
