Jessica Simpson shares an old snap with her younger sister. They look completely unrecognizable

The singer celebrated National Sibling Day by posting a throwback photo of herself and her sister, Ashlee Simpson.

The two looked glamorous in their black dresses and at this time, Jessica sported a different hair color. She captioned the Instagram photo with:

“I thank God every day for my sister @ashleesimpsonross #NationalSiblingDay”

Fans could not help but be transported back to the past where the two were popular as can be. Some of them expressed their desire for Ashlee to come back and sing. Others commented on how beautiful they were.

One follower wrote:

“Such iconic and talented siblings.”

Another one said, “Looking gorgeous ladies.”

But the others were not as kind as they pointed out the surgical work Jessica may have done to her face. One follower said, “Stop the injections you are so beautiful you don’t need work. [sic]” Another one wrote:

“Calm down girl, you’re beautiful naturally. Don’t push too hard or you’ll set a mark you can’t maintain. We love you for who you are.”

The blonde beauty has been criticized lately for her lip fillers and for the reported work she has done to her face.

Jessica and her husband, Eric Johnson, has two sons—five-year-old Maxwell Drew and four-year-old Ace Knute. The couple has not completely ruled out adding a third child but Jessica has said that it would be a “bit of a miracle.” She did admit that that “always practice.”

Ashlee also has two kids—9-year-old son Bronx Mowgli Wentz that she shares with her first husband Pete Wentz, and two-year-old daughter Jagger Snow Ross from second husband Evan Ross.
