The shamed baby daddy of Khloe Kardashian was spotted leaving the hospital 12 hours after she welcomed their daughter.

Amidst all these sad and hurtful allegations flying around, Khloe gave birth to their daughter at 4 am on Thursday surrounded by him and her family members.

Tristan was spotted leaving Khloe's side about 12 hours after her delivery to return to his home in Cleveland which he shared with his baby mama.

It was reported that security was on high alert as the 27-year-old NBA Star parked his Rolls-Royce in a specially secluded area surrounded by yellow tape.

Last weekend, Tristan was reportedly seen at a pair of New York City hotspots and enjoying his hotel room with Blair. The duo was first spotted kissing at the penthouse at Dream Downtown on Saturday night before a video of them at the Four Seasons emerged on Sunday Morning.

Fans aren’t all that surprised at the recent development as Tristan left his pregnant ex Jordan Craig to be with Khloe in the first instance.

With all the pain Khloe might be feeling, reports are she still has to remain in Ohio for the next few weeks as pregnant women and their newborns aren't permitted to travel for at least a month.
