A woman named Judy Tucker physically attacked two African-American women because of a parking spot at Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen in Macon, Georgia, as reported by the Daily News.

The argument was captured on video showing Tucker getting aggressive with 34-year-old Stephanie Mitchell and 27-year-old Treasure Sharpe.

Tucker argued that the two service members were getting in the way while she was trying to park her vehicle.

As Sharpe was recording the encounter on her phone, Tucker can be seen blocking the phone’s camera

She shouted not to take a picture of her and that Sharpe does not have the right to do so.

The Telegraph obtained an incident report explaining that Mitchell quickly stood in front of Sharpe right before Tucker’s hand was supposed to hit Sharpe right in the face.

On camera, Sharpe can be heard saying, “I’m pregnant! Look at me, I’m pregnant! You’re pushing a pregnant lady!”

As a response, Tucker shouted, “Well, my husband is handicapped!”

Tucker was with her son and her daughter during the incident.

After a while, two deputies came in and pointed out that the 71-year-old was the “primary aggressor”.

Tucker claimed that the argument started with a parking spot and that because she is white.

The report stated that it was never shown on video that Mitchell and Sharpe did anything wrong.

Eventually, Tucker was arrested and was placed at the Bibb County Jail. She was charged with battery but was later released after she paid $650.

The owner of Cheddar’s, Darden Restaurants, released a statement to the Daily News following the altercation.

The statement read that the restaurant was shocked by the actions of Tucker and the rest of her party.

“Such behavior flies in the face of our values and those individuals are no longer welcome in our restaurant,” the statement continued.
