Cardi B reveals her baby already has a name a few months before its due date

She may have recently admitted to her rumored pregnancy, but Cardi B remains mum about her baby's name despite revealing that her boyfriend already picked out one.

She recently outed her rumored pregnancy to the whole world and now Cardi B has revealed she already has a name for her unborn child, according to the latest report from Hollywood Life.

On April 19, the 25-year-old rapper spilled on the latest in her pregnancy during her guesting on ‘Ellen.’ When talk show host Ellen DeGeneres casually asked her if she’d already thought of a name for her child, she candidly replied,

“Uh, yeah! My dude, he named the baby.”

Her boyfriend Offset has apparently chosen a name for their baby and Cardi approves. She thinks it’s unique too. When Ellen tried to find out more information and even jokingly asked if the name was Susan, she offers,

“It’s like almost tricky, but when it comes out, it’s like ahhh!”

However, that was all the information Cardi was willing to give as she felt it wasn’t her place to disclose the name.

“I’m going to let him say it, since he named the baby.”

At some point, Ellen offered the 6-month pregnant singer $20k to name her child Ellen and she gamely responded with,

“Can I put it in the middle name?”

With her child’s name officially still a secret, its gender has also been kept under wraps. However, rumors are circulating that the baby is possibly a girl since she’s already publicly received gifts from friends who gave her tiny dresses and pink items. Seeming to take on that cue, Ellen herself gifted Cardi’s baby with a dress – a mini-me version of the singer’s outfit on the cover of her latest album ‘Invasion of Privacy’. Before giving her gift, the host said,

“I got something for her – hopefully it’s a her, I’m just guessing!”

Cardi was evidently pleased with Ellen’s thoughtful gift.

“That is SO cute.”

The tiny outfit complete with a bright yellow wig was certainly going to be a hit in her little baby’s closet.
