Kim Kardashian shared that she lost five pounds in four days, after sharing bikini photos of her on Instagram.
And it seems she is not being selfish about her weight loss secrets, revealing her diet and other weight loss tips.
According to Kim herself she has lost a very impressive amount of weight in just four days after starting a new diet which she is doing in preparation for this year's Met Gala on May 7th.
Announcing on Twitter last April 20th about her latest cleanse, she announced that she has already lost five pounds after just four days. She has been taking very extreme measures to make sure she is in her best shape for the Met Gala.
"Today is day 4 of the cleanse and I am 5 lbs. down. I didn't see any weight difference until today, so that's motivation I needed today. I am only 5'3 so this makes a big difference."
The 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star revealed that her cleanse involved her taking in nothing but liquids for the next three days to loose some weight prior to the prestigious gala. That extreme diet is only one part of the 10-day Sunfare Optimal Cleanse.
"I have the Met Gala coming up and I've worked so hard working out, but I started eating a lot of sweets and I wanted to just change my food patterns to eat healthier and cut sugar out of my life as much as I can."
