Amy Roloff throws engagement party for son Jacob and fiancee Isabel amid feud with Matt

Amy Roloff plays her motherly roles to her son Jacob amidst her feud with ex-husband Matt.

The family feud between the cast of ‘Little People, Big World’ isn’t enough to stop Amy Roloff from showering love on her son Jacob.

The Black sheep of the family Jacob Roloff recently engaged the love of his life Isabel Rock Garrenton and proud mother Amy has taken it upon herself to throw an engagement party for the duo.

Amy took to her Instagram to announce the engagement party which would come up later this week.

She wrote,

‘We’ll be having a party Sunday to celebrate Jacob and Isabel’s engagement. Woohoo!!’

With Amy and her ex-husband having a strained relationship at the time, it’s not known if Matt would attend the upcoming party as they’ve tried not to let their feud destroy family hangouts.

This comes after Amy and her boyfriend Chris Marek just returned from a romantic Caribbean Cruise vacation.

Jacob has always been a sort of rebel in the family, so it caught everyone by surprise when he took to his Instagram back in January to announce that he popped the question to his girlfriend, Isabel.

Jacob exited the LPBW show back in 2014 when he explained that he felt isolated and angry for being pushed into the reality television world by his family. He got estranged from his family but reunited with them in 2016.

It seems all that anger towards family isn’t resolved as he recently unfollowed his brother Jeremy’s wife on Instagram.

It’s not sure why Jacob did that but, he considers himself to be agnostic unlike the rest of his family who are strict Christians and might not have bought into Audrey’s updates as she is a Christian Marriage blogger.

Nevertheless, Jacob and Isabel seem over the moon, and we’re more than happy for them.
