90s kids who were suckers for family shows can’t forget the beauty Kimmy Gibbler from ‘Full House’. Well, she’s years older now, and her beauty has remained striking all through the years.

The Talented Andrea Barber was born as the youngest of three in California. At the young age of 12, Andrea got her break into Hollywood as Carrie Brady in soap opera Days of Our Lives in 1982.

After four years in the show, Andrea went on to start in several shows including Fantasy Island, St. Elsewhere, The Twilight Zone. She also made her debut in television films like Do You Remember Love.

Fortunately for Andrea, just after she wrapped up her contract with Days of Our Lives, she landed her iconic role as Kimmy Gibbler on Full House alongside The Olsen Sister. Kimmy was D.J Tanner’s best friend, who provided the comedic audience relief with her stunning performance.

Later on, Andrea revealed that she wasn’t so in love with her character Kimmy, but that didn’t stop her from giving it her all.

She said,

‘My character was obnoxious, had stinky feet and wore things like purple tights and a yellow top. I hated the clothes.’

Despite Andrea’s hatred for her character, fans seemed to love Kimmy as she was made a regular on the show after four seasons.

When the show ended in 1995, Andrea’s love for the cameras ended with it, and she quit her journey in Hollywood and focused on her education.

She made a success out of her education and was hired as the Assistant to the Director of the College’s Office of International program in Whittier.

Andrea is happily married to her husband of 16 years Jeremy Rytky, and together they have three beautiful children.

Currently, she stars as Kimmy Gibbler on the reprise if the show ‘Fuller House’ and she’s having the time of her life while at it.
