Todd Chrisley reveals his feelings regarding daughter Savannah's relationship

Things between Savannah Chrisley and her new NHL star boyfriend seem to be going very well as of late.

Todd Chrisley’s daughter made her relationship with Nic Kerdiles official when she introduced the pro ice hockey player to her followers in January 2018. Savannah Chrisley has had a couple of tough breakups in the past year, but now she's moving on.

The Chrisley Knows Best star went public on her social media with the new boyfriend, and though they have clearly been keeping the relationship under the radar, it already sounds pretty serious, and her father is really pleased, as PEOPLE reported.

When it comes to his children dating in the public eye, Todd always knows best. Maybe it's because fans know he won't hold back when giving his honest opinion. Or perhaps it helps that he's been happily married to Julie Chrisley for more than 20 years.

While Savannah clearly has found someone special, dating hasn't always been easy. In fact, Todd has had to step in with some advice that ended up being helpful. But luckily for her, things appear to be going better now that she has a new boyfriend.

As fans of Chrisley Knows Best know, Chrisley currently lives in Nashville while Kerdiles plays hockey for the Anaheim Ducks, making their relationship long-distance. But that hasn’t stopped the pair from spending a lot of time together.

According to her Instagram page, Chrisley traveled to San Diego to see her beau before telling her fans that he surprised her with pizza and flowers and then later took her on a VIP tour of the famed San Diego Zoo.

“I couldn’t ask it to be any better. When I’m gone, I don’t have any worries about what he’s doing, who he’s with, and that’s a good thing,” Savannah, 20, told PEOPLE on Tuesday, May 8, about her boyfriend, adding that she’s in “a healthy relationship.”
