Kim Kardashian puts on a sizzling display as she flaunts her bust in a golden

The reality star stepped into the red carpet looking like a golden hourglass, flaunting every curve she worked hard to achieve.

Stars descended from the heavens on the first Monday of May to showcase their dazzling outfits at the Met Gala. And Kim Kardashian made a bold, gold entrance as she flaunted her curvaceous figure in a shimmering skin-tight Versace dress.

In the Daily Mail’s feature on the 37-year-old bombshell’s latest red carpet appearance, the reality star looked every inch a fashion icon as she paraded in a chainmail gold dress that highlighted every curve she painstakingly worked for. The long gown with a back slit sparkled with sequins and featured two crosses in keeping with the event’s theme, ‘Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination.’

Looking like a golden hourglass, she hyped up her beauty with dramatic eye make-up and a subtle bronzed face courtesy of her longtime friend and make-up artist Mario Dedivanovic who also used products from their KKW x Mario collaboration. Mario explained the inspiration behind Kim’s look was a 90’s Versace supermodel. Describing his work, he said,

“I started with the shade Albanian from the KKW x MARIO palette and blended into the crease. To give an intense smokey liner I used a smudge brush to blend the KKW x ArgenisCreme Eyeshadow Stick in Dramatico along the lash line and outer corners of the eyelids. For added drama, I applied false lashes.”

Chris Appleton styled her hair, opting to tie it back into a slick high ponytail drawing more attention to her prominent cheekbones.

The reality star admitted she primed herself for the big event to make sure she fit her dress to a tee. In her site kimkardashianwest.com, she revealed her excitement to her readers and dished on how she was preparing for this year’s gala.

“The Met Gala never disappoints. I've been prepping for this year's with a cleanse and by working out really hard. I'm so excited to go!”

Kim graced the event this year without her husband Kanye West who’s been drawing flak from his recent Twitter outbursts. Instead, she kept company with her mom Kris Jenner and sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner.

At one point, she also mingled with stars Katy Perry and Olivia Munn who were also dripping in gold like her. Olivia wore a custom H & M ensemble with a chainmail headdress while Katy’s metallic gold dress was also provided by Versace.

Marking the event, Kim shared photos from that night on her Instagram. In one particular snap, she was leaning against a gilded wall inside the museum. No doubt, she slayed at this year’s gala and her efforts to look like a 10 certainly paid off.
