Jennifer Lopez hilariously fast dances to 70's slow songs
Lawrence is known for her superior dancing abilities. Fallon puts her skills to test by challenging her to fast-dance to a slow song.
On a special episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Jennifer Lawrence proved why she is one of the biggest dancing stars in Hollywood.
In a video clip uploaded to YouTube, Lawrence is seen battling out with the host of the show, Fallon, in a dance face-off in a segment called, 'Fast Dance-off.'
The segment featured several slow songs from the 70's, selected by The Roots' Questlove, to the beats of which Lawrence and Fallon tested their moves.
The two stars took turns to put on their dancing shoes and set the stage on fire with their fabulous dancing moves, and the fact that they were trying fast moves to a slow beat further made it a hilarious spectacle for the audiences.
Lopez, who was dressed in a body-hugging red gown with sequins and thigh-high slit, began her dance to the track of Three Times a Lady by Commodores.
Next came Fallon who matched Lawrence's iconic dancing style by putting on a spectacular dance to the beats of Babe by Styx.
Following the initial round, the two stars decided to face-off for yet another round. This time, Lawrence took her performance a notch higher by shaking her hips to the beat of MacArthur Park by Richard Harris.
After that performance, the host of the show, Fallon, handed the victory over to Lawrence without further question. "You won. I got to give it to you," Fallon can be heard saying in the YouTube video.
But the show was not yet over for the audience. Questlove was quick to request one last performance from the stars and the audience cheered together in approval.
Fallon and Lawrence then performed a dance duet to the slow-jamming classic Reunited by Peaches and Herbs.
