Carrie Underwood posted a candid pic with her husband
Carrie Underwood, the country singer who became famous for winning American Idol, went on vacations with her husband, Mike Fisher.
Underwood and Fisher took a trip to Napa Valley, which she considers to be her 'happy place.' She couldn't help but share the photos with her fans on May 16, 2018.
Since the Nashville Predators, the hockey team Fisher represents, are out of the NHL playoffs, he was able to stand by his wife's side on the Instagram snaps.
The former American Idol contestant smiled as she posed for the camera after enjoying the region's famous vineyards and great outdoors painted of green.
"Napa Valley, you are my happy place! Amazing wine, beautiful scenery, wonderful friends, new places and a yummy dinner created by @chefchiarelloand his apprentice, Isaiah Fisher!"

This was an important trip for the couple, whose year hasn't been the best. Fisher, who returned from retirement, was injured during Game 7 against the Winnipeg Jets.
As for Underwood, the country singer got the scare of her life in November 2017 as she took a major tumble down a flight of stairs.
Underwood tripped and fell on the outside steps of her home, breaking her wrist and injuring her face in the process. She was immediately rushed to the hospital, where she was treated by a team of doctors.
She had to be submitted to surgery and even warned her fans that she would probably look a little different because of the scars on her face.
Recently, Underwood stepped on stage on American Idol to perform her new single, Cry Pretty. She was also honored by the top 5 finalists, who sang some of her greatest hits.
Cry Pretty is part of a new album in which Underwood is featured as a co-producer. She previously revealed that the lyrics were written with the help of Hillary Lindsey, Lori McKenna and Liz Rose, the Love Junkies.
